No air in lobby sitting area. Will not family members visiting the guests. Not friendly at all. Told us we had to get out at 6 once they finally let us in to visit.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever, Should Be Closed

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was disgusting: dirty sheets, dirty roof, filthy bathroom, and no proper water support for the shower. They promised to fix it, but nobody ever came. The pillows were terrible, the bed looked like it was from the 1970s, and everything felt broken and neglected. Room service came only once every four days, and all they did was clean the floor — no sheet change, no fresh towels, nothing. Really a disaster.

The reception staff were extremely unprofessional — angry, unfriendly, no smile, and they made us feel like we were homeless instead of guests. They even took 2 Tunisian dinars from us. Later, a kind waitress working at night gave us back 1.8 dinars from her own pocket (all she had), which shows she was decent. But the rest of the staff behaved like a gang who don’t welcome you and don’t care at all. The receptionist acted like a dictator, as if giving us “oxygen” just to talk. The cleaning manager was just as bad — clearly no standards.

The window was closed with a useless little iron bar that did nothing for safety. The atmosphere was dirty, depressing, and unsafe.

The only positive note was the food service — the young staff smiled and tried, but it was chaotic, with food sometimes being thrown on the floor while serving, like a famine scene.

Apart from that small detail, everything else was a complete disaster. I truly believe it’s time for this hotel to close. It is a waste of money and will ruin your trip.

The hotel in question fell far short of my expectations and provided an unsatisfactory experience. It's not a good idea to stay in this hotel.

Bland food, dirty rooms, too many insects, bad wifi, the list goes on and on. The pool is good, it has a gay slide tho so be warned.

If possible 0 stars instead of 1. Hotel for locals whom are satisfied with less. Absolutely not for people who look for comfort and service. Cleanliness 0, food 0, room 0, service 0. No towels, no baby crib and all was promised to be delivered shortly. We fled after one night.
