regency hammamet in Hammamet

Arrived on 18th February well where do I start went to our rooms bathroom absolutely disgusting filthy tiolet filthy water running out of tiolet onto floor water running out of Airton system all over balcony its an accident waiting to happen its says its all.inclusive no way you have a choice of one meal which when it arrives its stone cold and not cooked properly its a wonder we didn't end up in hospital waiters clothes are disgusting dirty soiled and they are serving the public does not send out good impression of hotel my friend closed patio door the glass broke and they say we have to pay for this there were cats and dogs running in and out of meal arrea in the hotel at night it was freezing cold we were wearing our coats indoors never mind out doors the only way I can put this its worse that faulty towers I have never been to a place like this in my life it needs knocking down and rebuilding there was an indoor pool the water was green they need the inspectors to go in they would close it down this is a serious review FILTHY DISGUSTING PLACE AVOID AVOID AVOID HEALTH HAZZARD WARNING I REPEAT DONOT GO TO THIS HOLTEL YOU WILL NOT COME OUT ALIVE.

- bathrooms are dirty
- air conditioner not working
- no internet / wifi doesn't have access to internet
- indoor swimming pool is cold ( should be warm at this time of the year).
- the balcony door can't be closed and anyone can jump in from another room.
- lightning doesn't work correctly, some light bulbs do not function.
- food is not good.

Dirty Hotel 🤮 the owner is rude and not a welcoming person !! The rooms are not clean and not well equipped !! The breakfast and the diner are a joke; you won t find any choice and the food is not good (I advice you not to stay and this hotel at all) Horrible service

Impossibly loud and dissrespectful place. Arabic techno music, with massive bass capabilities, plays all night long (10pm-6am) every night, disturbing entire area and other hotels guests and completely disregarding pleas to tone this noise down.
