I have visited this hotel 3 times and find the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. I would be going this year if flights had been available. Food has always been plentiful with something for everyone even our fussy kids. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. A great hotel with excellent facilities. All of the staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and well catwred. The place, room, bathroom, and bed were all very clean and smelled wonderful. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the food was delicious. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The chairs near the lobby entrance were very comfortable; it was lovely to sit there and soak up the sun in winter. Transportation was very convenient; there were public buses that went directly to the hotel.

The location is about a 20-minute walk from the tourist area, which is acceptable. The room size and cleanliness are acceptable. I was hesitant to use the hairdryer.
