The hotel looks excellent but since the hotel is huge more staff needed. The room are good for four star hotel

The people were very nice, had a little chat with, learning about making drinks, I had shisha with the bartender and it was incredibly cool!!

The room was provided without BF and there is no transparency as with the same 140 USD other colleuges were provided with BF. I consider this cheating

Be careful when paying! Some receptionists aren't familiar with their own accounting. Even though the room rate was paid weeks in advance, they still charge you the same rate upon checkout! Be sure to bring proof of payment. I had lengthy arguments about this. Very annoying...

Everything about the hotel is great: the breakfast, the cleanliness, the amenities! The only thing that's lacking is the service. Although, perhaps that's because of the expectations. You have to wait a really long time for everything, and they might even forget about it. They apologize later, but they might screw up again anyway. Otherwise, everything is great!

I arrived on 30 th aug , late night , had booked in online, arrived tired and waited 30 mins, which was frustrating, then was given a room where a dog was in a balcony opposite, I did not sleep all night, but when I did put it to the hotel they did change my room

Although this is a five-star hotel, the facilities are a bit dated since it was renovated over 20 years ago. However, the service is excellent, the front desk staff are very friendly, and the location is great – close to the Old Town, the train station, and major attractions.

It's not like 5 star hotels, no had daily water and coffee, and also sleeper, but location was perfect

I've been going to this hotel for two years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but also attentive to their guests. The cleanliness is impeccable. We feel very safe, which is good because the airport is nearby.

It's close to Lake Tunis, and it's very pleasant to walk. There are also many restaurants nearby. It's perfect. It's suitable for business trips and tourism. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fruits.

The idea of turning an old Riad to a hotel is a nice one. Beautiful architecture but the beds, the bath room, the doors into the rooms, the furniture they all need upgrades. You can have the charm but not provide comfort. As nice as the ceiling or the entrance door, etc were, the door to the room was so hard to open and close. My parents, daughter and I stayed at the Bayrem in October 2025. An absolutely wonderful experience! It was a nice appartment, spacious, clean and confortable. Its a dhame the full kitchen had no accessories whatsover, so the kitchen was usless.

I can't speak to what it's like to stay here, but I feel compelled to leave a review regardless. My wife sings here several times a week and of every hotel in Tunis this place has consistently the most genuinely friendly staff. Certainly they are well-trained professionally, but the warmth is palpable and not just for show. Very much appreciate them.
