I had a great stay at this hotel. There are many dining options, and the hotel has fantastic services to assist with transportation and tours. The room was very clean and comfortable.
This is been the best hotel we've stayed in in Tunis so far, very clean organised big rooms, with twin beds, extremly delicous food, adorable room service and house keeping. Everyone from the staff was super friendly to us, helpful, and kind, thank you so much for making us enjoy our stay in the best possible way ❤️
It was a good experience at Sheraton Hotel, the rooms are good and large, the place is clean, but it is a little far from the city center.
Great staff. Room are spacious and comfortable. Will visit again.
Be careful when paying! Some receptionists aren't familiar with their own accounting. Even though the room rate was paid weeks in advance, they still charge you the same rate upon checkout! Be sure to bring proof of payment. I had lengthy arguments about this. Very annoying...
Everything about the hotel is great: the breakfast, the cleanliness, the amenities! The only thing that's lacking is the service. Although, perhaps that's because of the expectations. You have to wait a really long time for everything, and they might even forget about it. They apologize later, but they might screw up again anyway. Otherwise, everything is great!

The hotel looks excellent but since the hotel is huge more staff needed. The room are good for four star hotel
The people were very nice, had a little chat with, learning about making drinks, I had shisha with the bartender and it was incredibly cool!!
The room was provided without BF and there is no transparency as with the same 140 USD other colleuges were provided with BF. I consider this cheating
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. Every detail—from the warm hospitality to the elegant design and impeccable cleanliness—exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive and professional, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the amenities were top-notch. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort and quality.
Very good service personal and friendly and supporting Special request had been supported fast and flexible

I asked for milk for my tea, and they told me to wait a minute. They then went to get the milk, returned after thirty minutes, and gave me an excuse, saying that they didn't usually stock up on tea.
A decent hotel in at the end of old town markets. Good value for money and breakfast will get you by. I wish the TV had a few more channels for evening wind down, but not a dealbreaker. Would stay again.

Service is not good. Food not good.
Today there was an African diplomatic cultural event at the hotel all about celebrating international cultures 🌍✨ It was nice, we had a little fun and enjoyed the vibe. Overall, just a normal hotel experience.
Good food and good stuff nice food quick check in and the stuff are great
The location is excellent, just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport. The rooms are a great size and very clean. I especially enjoyed the view from my window, which looked out onto a peaceful green area with a beautiful tree and chirping birds—it was incredibly relaxing. The huge TV was a nice bonus as well.

Pleasant Hotel, not the best views though
I've been going to this hotel for two years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but also attentive to their guests. The cleanliness is impeccable. We feel very safe, which is good because the airport is nearby.
The Best Hotel in Tunis with exceptional team
Very close to the airport, within 10 minutes by taxi
The overall feeling is OK, but the breakfast is not suitable for Chinese stomach

Great service and staff, from the driver who picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, to the reception front desk staff, very friendly, helpful and professional.
Thank you,
Nice hotel this isn’t my first time 👍👍👍👍
Not bad at all. Especially cleanliness.
Beds, clasical ibis, a bit too soft. Also, in the early morning when we were alrwady in the car driving to the airport, the staff member came running to us saying we have to pay something. My husband went up and he just said, oh yeah, all payed.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel during my visit to Tunisia and I was really impressed. The breakfast was especially excellent — fresh products, delicious variety, and friendly service made for a perfect start to the day. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to many key spots in the city. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel!
Our stay at Ibis hotel for 6 days was awesome. Welcomed by competent staffs, rooms were clean and good breakfast. We also appreciate the recommendations from the staff that helped in the city adventure. Special thanks to Nermine and Safa.
The hotel is good for one night at most.
The mattress and bed are separate, constantly rolling up, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
Breakfast isn't bad, but you have to get it before 8:00, as they don't refresh it after each course.
Restaurant prices are several times higher than in the city (drinks 3-4, meals 4-5) and aren't particularly high quality.

The room was super clean and confortable, the food was amazing at the restaurant and when ordering room service. Overall great experience highly recommend

The space is not bad I spent 2 nights the stuff friendly I forget my hair dryer there and when I come back they return it to me, the bathroom is clear but the room is not specially the bed they don’t change the bedcover, the breakfast is so normal the coffee is horrible. The hotel is near to the city that’s the only good thing and at least there is WiFi .
Friendly staff, comfortable room, close to the center of the city and have a nice balcony. Can be better compared to the room night value especially the breakfast.
Spent two nights here. Was charged too much city tax. But it's reasonable away 17d. Breakfast was decent. Overall a comfortable stay and relatively close to the airport. I actually walked there took 1.5 hours 😅
WiFi was not hood enough
The place was good except few things like the TV wasn't working and the Internet Wi-Fi signal was not good inside the room unless if you’re in the corridor.
This hotel was a big surprise for me, 3 stars and yes possible correct, but the cleaning done in my room was 7 star. Every day, towels changed, bedsheets changed, floor washed, all around the room everything was cleaned. Breakfast was simple but plenty, Nothing else really to say except staff was always ready to help. I will for sure be back here.

The Novotel Tunis offers a decent stay, positioning itself well for business travelers and tourists due to its convenient location. The Novotel is clean, dependable, quiet, and peaceful. The sheets always feel clean, the shower has good pressure and temperature, the breakfast is nice, and we always feel relaxed there.
The staff was so friendly! I felt extremely welcome and well cared for - from the spa to the gentlemen who picked me up at the airport. The rooftop gym, pool, and bar were also lovely!
Starting by the check-in, Mohamed, the responsible of the night shift, was extremely helpful! Offering me as well a room upgrade! The room was fine, the other staff, especially on the front desk, were all helpful! The breakfast is fine, but i didn't understand why is 70% of it is for the sweets!
Overall great Hotel - 2 priorities when you travel on business, WI-Fi and AC especially when 40 degrees outside. Menu dinner menu somewhat limited and hasn’t changed in 3 years. Burger wasn’t great, bread was stale. The Brique with Tuna was excellent.

The hotel is really well located at the entrance to the Medina. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good if you like Tunisian-style. The shower needs some work as the shower head would not stay up (my father’s room was the same). Otherwise a good stay. Will be back later in the week.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center on Bourguiba Street. The price is reasonable, and the room is in an old-fashioned style.

The idea of turning an old Riad to a hotel is a nice one. Beautiful architecture but the beds, the bath room, the doors into the rooms, the furniture they all need upgrades. You can have the charm but not provide comfort. As nice as the ceiling or the entrance door, etc were, the door to the room was so hard to open and close. The bathroom door wouldn't lock l, the hotel lobby had an old crooked table...
Lovely ambience, great service. The only negative was the car organised for the airport transfer was not upmarket apart from the price. A disappointing end to my stay.

Bayram Palace is a gorgeous boutique hotel that will transport back in time with its mosaics, Moorish architecture and furniture from a period long ago. Located in the Medina, finding it among the tiny streets and passageways can be a challenge, but well worth it.

Stopped off for coffee during a Tunis trip. Yes it’s a little old fashioned, and - as with lots of places here - indoor smoking, but we had a warm welcome. Coffee was best I’ve had on the trip. Nice staff; good service. Location is very good, main strip near markets.
Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. A cozy and clean hotel with polite, helpful staff who do everything they can for you. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the food tastes great!
The only downside is that many of the service staff in Tunisia speak French rather than English, which can make things a bit difficult. By the way, people work slowly in Tunisia maybe it refers to the culture🧐
There doesn't seem to be any room for improvement at this hotel. Everything here, especially the service, is very high quality. Any reasonable person should feel very good about what they are getting for the cost of their stay. I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was.
Decent price/value ratio
Let's start with a disclaimer - you very quickly learn what a 4-star hotel really means when seeing Marigold.
