I've been going to this hotel for two years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but also attentive to their guests. The cleanliness is impeccable. We feel very safe, which is good because the airport is nearby.

It was a good experience at Sheraton Hotel, the rooms are good and large, the place is clean, but it is a little far from the city center.

Hygiene: Very clean, it's rare to come across such a clean IBIS. I don't wear slippers and my bare feet won't get dirty

Beds, clasical ibis, a bit too soft. Also, in the early morning when we were alrwady in the car driving to the airport, the staff member came running to us saying we have to pay something

Hidden gem (i shouldn't be writing about this place ! ) I really enjoy staying here when i'm in Tunis for leisure and business not too crowded with tourists it's Purrrfect ! As a Digital nomads it's a great spot (strong internet and good coffee to keep up with work) Special mention to miss Khawla at the Bar taking excellent care of all her guests on each occasion i visited this hotel

Lovely room, emaculate, a shower and soaking bath, even a second bathroom. Three meals offered daily, the excellent and complete breakfast is included with the room. Meals are available during Ramadan

The location is around tourism corner, Medina, so it is near to Mosque, Suk Medina, and Bab El Bahr by walking 400m along Rue Sidi ben Arous

I stayed for one night at this property. The room was quite nice, I got a suite and it was nicely designed and furnished. Bed was so comfy and I could sleep with ease. Breakfast was nice, different plates to select from

What I liked most about this hotel is that it is few steps from the lac area, where you can go out and do a walk, jog or even run by the seaside. I ran for a total length of 5km and I could do more

Hotel does not have a gym which is a disadvantage for me as I like to be active. Still that's okay as i could go out to run

My Tunisian friend pointed out the vessels that her grandmother would have used to make rose water or store couscous and I noticed the inclusion of local plants (jasmine, prickly pear) in the decor

Dar el Jeld is a gorgeous property with friendly helpful staff. We loved our classic suite where we could really spread out. Just wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Good location. Going to Medina is just 10-min walk. Many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The room with balcony is particularly an add. In brief, value for money.

My parents, daughter and I stayed at the Bayrem in October 2025. An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is gorgeous, the food at their restaurant and breakfast terrace delicious, and the staff incredibly friendly

Bayram Palace is a gorgeous boutique hotel that will transport back in time with its mosaics, Moorish architecture and furniture from a period long ago

Being in the Medina parking can be an issue but if you are being dropped off it is a short 2-3 minute walk from where you are dropped off to the hotel

Special kudos to Walid and Rachma, they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home

Located in the Medina, finding it among the tiny streets and passageways can be a challenge, but well worth it

My room has a small terrace overlooking the square, and it's wonderful to see the souks wake up and go to sleep each day! The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was satellite TV
