I've been going to this hotel for two years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but also attentive to their guests. The cleanliness is impeccable. We feel very safe, which is good because the airport is nearby.

Even though the room rate was paid weeks in advance, they still charge you the same rate upon checkout! Be sure to bring proof of payment. I had lengthy arguments about this

Nice location, perfect that they have parking. Toilets not up to 4 star standards in my opinion. Bath tub was dirty and towels smelly at first use. Food was reallt good though. Fridge wasn't working

Lake Tunis in front of the hotel is beautiful, and you can enjoy the lake view from your room balcony. The hotel lobby is grand, and the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and guest rooms were all very friendly

The breakfast ingredients were fresh. Although it's relatively close to the airport, you can barely hear the noise of planes taking off and landing when the doors and windows are closed

Standing on the balcony, you can hear the planes taking off and landing, but the noise isn't loud, and it seems like there aren't many flights taking off and landing each day

Clean and well maintained in the business district. You definitely need a car or taxi! I was so pleasantly surprised. Could do with an outdoor pool as the indoor one was under maintenance, but I am being fussy

Thanks to Ashraf at the gym for providing an excellent one to one personal training session in the gym. Breakfast was great but recommend eating out in the evening

Good business hotel It's a new and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Neighborhood is more of a business area; a little on the noisy side. Not recommended if you are having a leisure trip

Lovely room, emaculate, a shower and soaking bath, even a second bathroom. Three meals offered daily, the excellent and complete breakfast is included with the room. Meals are available during Ramadan

I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend Novotel Tunis Lac

The room is not big and it is really expensive, but the hygiene is OK.

Although the poolside does get bust at night, the noise was tolerable and did not go on for longer than necessary

The room was spacious, although a bit dated, it was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, with options to enjoy

Rooms are always made and the hotel was clean. The pool was crystal clear and would always be cleaned every morning when I would go out on my balcony for a smoke. My room size was great and the bathroom was emaculate

The WiFi was great during the day, but then could be intermittent in the evening but was nothing to worry about as the pool side was busy and there was a great atmosphere

Used the pool access on two occasions. 90 dinar for access of which 50 can be used for food/drink. First time I ordered a pizza and was disgusting. Second time ordered pasta which as much better

Although we were not able to have a late check-out, the hotel did hold our luggage for us, which was much appreciated. Guests are instructed to arrange with the spa and restaurants directly, instead of the front desk

Aside from the fact that it's inaccessible by car and there's no parking, there's nothing wrong with it. The hotel is as beautiful as an art gallery. The breakfast isn't extensive, but it's exquisite and delicious

My Tunisian friend pointed out the vessels that her grandmother would have used to make rose water or store couscous and I noticed the inclusion of local plants (jasmine, prickly pear) in the decor

Dar el Jeld is a gorgeous property with friendly helpful staff. We loved our classic suite where we could really spread out. Just wish we could have stayed longer!!!

The staff was so friendly! I felt extremely welcome and well cared for - from the spa to the gentlemen who picked me up at the airport. The rooftop gym, pool, and bar were also lovely!

• "Meh" Breakfast: Following the trend of many business hotels, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The quality of ingredients was average, the offerings lacked freshness, and the buffet was uninspired

The staff are competent yet snobbish and the location is superb. However, the combination of an outdated room design and a forgettable breakfast prevents this hotel from being a truly great choice

Amazingly Nice Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and had two sitting areas. Bathroom had a nightlight which was a thoughtful feature. Room service food was quick, reasonably priced and very good

The property is awesome, in a great location, always clean, great staff and security, nice quiet rooms, updated rooms and bath, with a perfect bed. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because of the breakfast

The drinks, water or juice were not available, the juice still had to be made, so that delayed being able to start eating. I love staying at the Samarons, but it's always the breakfast that holds it back

The hotel is located near off amenities and clinics, staff is lovely and helpful. Siwar, the lovely receptionist is a star. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and well look after

Wow just wow a beautiful 16th century Riad in the heart of the Medina Tunis. Lovely room with fire place, very comfortable bed, huge bath tub, air con & wifi. We stayed 3 nights and just loved it

The room was small compact and exquisitely tasteful. The bed the most comfortable nights sleep I've had in a long time. Absolutely quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was included and adequate

I have a friend in Tunisia who met us and drove us to this hotel. The streets became very narrow and we eventually had to pull over and walk

The breakfast is fantastic: with homemade products like jam, yoghurt and bsissa from Mohamed’s family recipe in Zarzis! The pool was a delight in the early morning, clean and cool

Moreover, Helene’s advice on what to see and how to visit all of Tunis’s fabulous sites was absolutely indispensable. We wouldn’t have had such a great trip without it. Next time I’m in Tunis, I’ll absolutely stay here

I just finished a wonderful visit to Tunisia made special by a stay at Dar el Yasmine. The place is beautiful and the accommodations very tasteful. Helene went out of her way long before my trip to arrange touring for me

The entire grounds are lovely. The breakfasts were remarkable! Homemade jams and yogurt complimented delightful pastries and juices. We had a room with a small kitchen that allowed us to have an occasional meal there

With that in mind, the location was great since it’s about halfway between Carthage/Sidi Bou Said/beaches to the east and the medina/European city to the west. Rides were seldom more than 15 minutes and 5 USD/Euro

We had a wonderful stay at Dar El Yasmine! Helene and Mohammed were wonderful hosts from helping us with our taxi from the airport until our departure. The room was wonderful, quiet, even spacious

I have just one note which is I discussed with the supervisor of the hotel so i am sure they will interest about it , the hotel excellent with modern furniture and very central good location

This will be my new home away from home. Had a great stay, the facility is clean and well managed. Food was delicious, the SPA was great! And above anything the staff is the best

The hotel didn't provide detailed insights into the variety of amenities available, receptionists were sometimes rude and condescending, for the apartment, no brush for the toilets was there and there were 3 of them, no hand towels only big ones

The pool was very nice, rooms and bathrooms very spacious. The staff was very friend and professional even with some of them not speaking English. Hotel has a very nice lounging area with bowling and billiard.

But they still offer you multiple choices. The swimming pool isnt the biggest but the view from the balcony is amazing

Very good, clean and spacious rooms, the service staff are quite welcoming to foreigners, the breakfast is also very good, the nearby shopping mall is a bit small, and later when a friend went there to play, I recommended this hotel

Clean, modern hotel situated about a fifteen minute drive from the airport. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the Bellini bar next door is a good option for food too.

I especially enjoyed the view from my window, which looked out onto a peaceful green area with a beautiful tree and chirping birds—it was incredibly relaxing. The huge TV was a nice bonus as well

Today there was an African diplomatic cultural event at the hotel all about celebrating international cultures 🌍✨ It was nice, we had a little fun and enjoyed the vibe. Overall, just a normal hotel experience.

While some were very polite and friendly, a couple of others were less helpful. Specifically, the receptionist was uncooperative when I requested a receipt for my company
