The location is great, being in the center of town, but the building and facilities are old. As you can see in the photo, the TV was still a CRT analog TV as of January 2025. The room was spacious.

Stopped off for coffee during a Tunis trip. Yes it’s a little old fashioned, and - as with lots of places here - indoor smoking, but we had a warm welcome. Coffee was best I’ve had on the trip. Nice staff; good service. Location is very good, main strip near markets.

Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel during my visit to Tunisia and I was really impressed. The breakfast was especially excellent — fresh products, delicious variety, and friendly service made for a perfect start to the day. The hotel is good for one night at most. The mattress and bed are separate, constantly rolling up, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Very clean, and highly friendly staff towards my Goth Wife and her Goth friend. Beds were very comfortable. Free Breakfast was reasonable, various options of coffee or juice. Incredible house…. A veritable palace! The interior is decorated with countless museum worthy pieces, and the owner Leila has installed a wonderful museum of tile in the basement. We were thrilled to have lunch with her during our stay. We had a reservation for the Four Seasons later in our trip, but canceled it in favor of returning here!

A beautiful and really welcoming small hotel in the Medina, filled with wonderful things, especially the Tunisian ceramics. Very comfortable rooms, kept spotlessly clean and very friendly and helpful staff. It is a quiet and peaceful place with a terrific roof terrace and dramatic views across the Medina and Tunis beyond. It is a memorable and lovely place to stay, very reasonably priced.

Average 3 star hotel near the city center. A good place to crash, but that's all. A train station is nearby from which you can easily reach the coastal towns of Goulette, Carthage and La Marsa.
