Great service and staff, from the driver who picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, to the reception front desk staff, very friendly, helpful and professional.
Thank you,
Nice hotel this isn’t my first time 👍👍👍👍
Not bad at all. Especially cleanliness.
Beds, clasical ibis, a bit too soft. Also, in the early morning when we were alrwady in the car driving to the airport, the staff member came running to us saying we have to pay something. My husband went up and he just said, oh yeah, all payed.
How about not stressing your customers at 4:30 am? Have a list of the rooms that had charges open, and check immediatelly...
I stayed at the Ibis Hotel during my visit to Tunisia and I was really impressed. The breakfast was especially excellent — fresh products, delicious variety, and friendly service made for a perfect start to the day. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to many key spots in the city. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel!
Our stay at Ibis hotel for 6 days was awesome. Welcomed by competent staffs, rooms were clean and good breakfast. We also appreciate the recommendations from the staff that helped in the city adventure. Special thanks to Nermine and Safa.
The hotel is good for one night at most.
The mattress and bed are separate, constantly rolling up, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
Breakfast isn't bad, but you have to get it before 8:00, as they don't refresh it after each course.
Restaurant prices are several times higher than in the city (drinks 3-4, meals 4-5) and aren't particularly high quality.
I was charged a tax upon check-in and a second...

Staff not friendly, checking in was a nightmare door keys not working, dingy dark areas in corridors, lifts lights not working, vending machine not working, rooms and utilities not as they appear in pics food breakfast was average ,language barrier, noisy, very strict to have visitors,a place i will not return to. Only good thing was airport shuttle on departure day
For those who complain about traffic noise. All hotels on busy areas will have noise. Don't be angry with the hotel. They cannot control traffic noise. How about investing in earplugs. I bring them everywhere, just in case. Get over yourself. When you leave for the day How about placing the card on the door to have your room cleaned!! How about mentioning it to the reception when leaving for the...
My stay at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was quite pleasant. The service was attentive and professional, with the staff always ready to assist with any requests. They made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything needed for a relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, providing a cozy environment to unwind...
Honestly speaking. It's good for the cheap price but could be a bit cleaner.
Lifts are old and the lift door sensor dnt really work do doors squash on u.
The room I requested when booking, wasn't the room I got. However, it was a massive room with queen size bed and a double, which were quite comfy.
Bathroom bath too messy, it's like they patch painted bits of it.
You can hear every noise from...
Hotel not bad good as rate to value
For budget hotel is recomnded
Location is nice
Good for business and group trip
The bed is too old 😁😁😁
Its not even comfortable anymore
It's like sleeping in the ship 😎
I know it's cheap, but, lucky me only 3 days 😁
But it is clean around old furniture
Towels are clean, the shower is good, and there is very strong water,.
The reception lady is not friendly, once i asked her for the museum Bardo, she said open, and asked her again, still said open, later i found out, is not open...

Tunis, 4 Rue de Sousse (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Honestly, this place is so clean and in a really chill, quiet area. The staff are all super friendly, too.
I was so happy they let me check in at 10 am since my room was ready, even though check-in isn't until 1.
They even offered me breakfast. The receptionist was actually so nice. He walked me over to the restaurant himself and asked the guy there to get me some cheese, since they were closing up...
The space is not bad I spent 2 nights the stuff friendly I forget my hair dryer there and when I come back they return it to me, the bathroom is clear but the room is not specially the bed they don’t change the bedcover, the breakfast is so normal the coffee is horrible. The hotel is near to the city that’s the only good thing and at least there is WiFi .
Friendly staff, comfortable room, close to the center of the city and have a nice balcony. Can be better compared to the room night value especially the breakfast.
Spent two nights here. Was charged too much city tax. But it's reasonable away 17d. Breakfast was decent. Overall a comfortable stay and relatively close to the airport. I actually walked there took 1.5 hours 😅
WiFi was not hood enough
The place was good except few things like the TV wasn't working and the Internet Wi-Fi signal was not good inside the room unless if you’re in the corridor.
This hotel was a big surprise for me, 3 stars and yes possible correct, but the cleaning done in my room was 7 star. Every day, towels changed, bedsheets changed, floor washed, all around the room everything was cleaned. Breakfast was simple but plenty, Nothing else really to say except staff was always ready to help. I will for sure be back here.

Tunis, Av Habib Bourguiba, 49 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is great, being in the center of town, but the building and facilities are old. As you can see in the photo, the TV was still a CRT analog TV as of January 2025. The room was spacious.
It is perfect location in the city center. Easy to reach everywhere
A supplement of 8 dinars was requested
Stopped off for coffee during a Tunis trip. Yes it’s a little old fashioned, and - as with lots of places here - indoor smoking, but we had a warm welcome. Coffee was best I’ve had on the trip. Nice staff; good service. Location is very good, main strip near markets.
Great location and very kind staff, let me check in early and left me in peace for the duration of my stay. Hotel is a little dated and amenities are a little basic but it’s cosy and has nice views. Balcony door didn’t open but wasn’t too much of an issue. For the price and location this is a good option.
It is clean and tidy . .. staff are nice . I highly recommend it

Perfect location. The hotel is spotless throughout, with compact but very clean rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good and enjoyed at the rooftop facility. They were helpful with everything we needed, the location is excellent. Great option.
The hotel is wonderful, located in the heart of Tunis, near the theater. It's clean, has a street view, and a balcony. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend it.
Great location, great stuff, but if there was a small table and a fridge at the rooms would be really better….
High recommended ☺️👌
Good location. Small room. Clean and equiped
The location was great, and the breakfast was different every day so you wouldn't get bored. It would have been even better if there was a refrigerator.

Tunis, 51-53 Rue Radhia Haddad (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The staff is very friendly and professional. The room is typical for a downtown medium sized hotel: it stretches to accommodate all the essentials, but don't expect extra space. Also, it's dark since the lights are intended to create an atmosphere but it's hard to see if it's properly clean, which I'm afraid it's not: I found both long and ***** hair on the duvet, which is a total no go. Moreover,...
Friendly stuff , the bed was not very comfortable, found a few bugs in the room , location was ok , the hotel feel safe enough surrounded by lots of Police on the street
Nice hotel and best location and A comfortable hotel, even though my room was small, but clean.
Great location, good facilities, and clean. The area is also very safe. Definitely worth choosing.
A well-located old hotel with good value for money and a friendly front desk.

Very cost effective hotel. Convenient location and amenities. Front desk stuff are friendly. Overally very good
Fine!
This hotel is in a good location, and the price is very fair. Not too much English spoken, but I am in their country. Wi-Fi could be iffy at times, but I wasn’t doing business. Over all I would stay there again, if I return to Tunis.
Clean hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff. The only downside is the Wi-Fi
excellent hotel, good structure, restaurant could be improved, very good service, to be a 3 star the room should have a bathroom with more accessories, such as hairdryer, cap, etc.
It is good hotel in terms of value for money.
We have stayed at this hotel over the last decade. It is good hotel in terms of value for money and location. We enjoyed the simple tasty breakfast. I would return to this hotel in the future. Please keep up the good work.

Good location, friendly reception and clean rooms. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is room was two separate beds but when we arrived they said they only had a room with one bed so we had to stay in one bed. Breakfast was ok too. If you are gonna spend a few days in tunisia this is a good choice.
The hotel is clean and the service is decent. However, the breakfast could be improved as it's a bit basic. On two occasions, we asked for help and advice on how to get a taxi, and were told to just go out into the street and find one ourselves. Considering that most guests are from out of town, a little assistance in this area would be appreciated. The location isn't great either; it's far from the...

Very good, I recommend staying here again. This time I chose this hotel on the spur of the moment for my flight visa. The environment and other aspects were very good. I hope it will be more affordable next time. It's also easy to find.
No issues with the staff. Issues with visitors that have no respect for other people that stay st the hotel. You are not at home, have some class. We don't need to repeatedly have to tell you to stop signing and talking out loud for the whole hotel to hear you. Common room is for all that stay at the hotel. Do not barricade the door or tell others they cannot usd because you want to have a personal...

I arrived late at night. Yet still welcomed with such positive energy from the staff. They even offered me a free bottle of water which was very needed at the time. Good value for money. Rather basic. A bit run down but clean (apart from the table which clearly hasn't been cleaned). A substantial and fairly varied breakfast. When you're on a budget, it's a good solution. I might come back.
