Don't recommend for foreigners as employees don't speak English.

A disco recently opened about 75m from the hotel. The music from the disco is sometimes very loud. It was when we were there. (This is a common problem in Alicati and affects many hotels). In our case we were lucky: The owner was very understanding and moved us to a new hotel, which was more suited to us. So, overall we were left with a very good experience. My suggestion if you don’t like noise is to call the hotel and ask (the hotels in the area are trying to restrict the disco). The owner, we found, is very honourable and I feel will give you a good appraisal.
The hotel itself is clean, nice and breakfast was excellent and the location is great for the centre.

The music from the bar next door drove us absolutely mad all night, the staff did not warn us when we checked in, and when we wanted to leave and asked for refund the owner convinced us to stay, not honest people what so ever. Do not go to this hotel, you will not get 1 hour night sleep, lairs and inconsiderate people. Disgusting

The area was very noisy due to a neighbouring disco but the owner resolved the matter very efficiently. Hence the 5 star rating. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are clean and breakfast was very good. My error was that I didn’t quite realise how much of a party town Alacati is. I suspect most places near the centre are noisy.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, big pool, clean rooms and very good customer services. I used this hotel last year and this year and will use again. Breakfast was also amazing.. Highly recommended

For a 3-day holiday in Alacati, we chose the Cafe piano hotel and made a great choice. Located in the very center of Alacati, within walking distance. An excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the colorful nightlife of Alaçatı Cafe Piano Hotel .. Also the friendly business owners Volkan Bey and her warm mother Baygül make you feel at home as comfortable as you are at home. Even if you are not going to stay as a hotel, you must stop by and drink a coffee from the volcano. Cafe Piano s coffees are amazing. And let me add that. Although it is located in the center of the street and the location of the rooms due to the calmness of the room to those who want to spend in the evening. Because no noise and music are heard in the rooms. Finally the breakfasts were quite good quality. Alaçatı breakfast is not worth giving you tons of money to enjoy, and the hotel's breakfasts were better. Definitely go to eat thick ..
