My Google local guide is almost level 7. I went to this hotel after reading the reviews, and I was completely satisfied. Don't worry, I'm a meticulous person. The cleaning ladies came and asked if I needed cleaning. Also, remember, if you're in the room, there's no cleaning... So, you have to let them know; don't expect everything to drop from the sky... If you see a problem, just tell them, and they'll help. They're very good at cleaning. When we first arrived, they thoroughly cleaned our room and moved us to a larger, clean room. I can't thank them enough. We were able to reach them whenever we needed anything. The hotel's surroundings are excellent. If you're coming to Alaçatı and have trouble finding food, be aware that it can be expensive, whether in summer or winter. Eating at the hotel can be more cost-effective. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip. I have just one small request: we returned after the cleaning to get our room key back, but it had been left on the door. Even though there's a camera, I was a little worried about security. I think it should be handed over directly to the guests. Another detail is that there was a little dog outside the hotel. If you want, we can get him a small kennel outside the hotel from the municipality and pet him from time to time. He loved you so much that he wouldn't let you go :) We left plenty of food for the cats and dogs in the Alaçatı market... As we said, we will come again... Our stay was very nice for this beautiful holiday, thank you, nice people...

We stayed for 2 nights.
Very good value for money.
The hotel's location is very good, only the pictures show a grassy seating area but there is no such thing at the moment. If you are only going to use it for accommodation, it is very good, no parking problem.

The only advantage of the guesthouse where we stayed for 5 days as a group of two was its location. The bathroom was old and neglected; the sofa bed was stained and dirty. The mini-fridge was broken; we asked a staff member to replace it. It's a place that needs a complete renovation and cleaning. The friendly and kind staff somewhat compensated for all these negative aspects.😔

The hotel reception staff were genuinely helpful and tried to assist with everything. However, I encountered some serious cleanliness issues in the room. There was hair in the bathroom and on the floors, which was disturbing. I wanted to emphasize the importance of attention to this crucial issue in a hotel or accommodation.

We stayed for one night on August 11th. The room was very neglected and poorly cleaned. I probably wouldn't have been able to sleep on the bed if we hadn't brought our own sheets. The breakfast service was good and the staff were friendly. However, there was a lot of loud music in the evening. We booked at the last minute and stayed based on the location. It's in a very good location. There's a supermarket and a restaurant right below it. The restaurant food was good, and we liked the friendly people. You can eat at the restaurant with peace of mind.

The sheets and bathroom were ***et clean but the room smelled when we first arrived. The chairs and table on the balcony were incredibly dirty so we didn't go out on the balcony. The armchair in the living room was also stained and I don't think it was clean. There was no hot water on the first day and products such as shampoo and shower gel were missing but they helped when we informed them. We can say that ***et is a quiet and pleasant place, price performance and location are quite good.

We had a 3-person stay, the location of the hotel is very central, we were able to easily reach the herb festival and other places we wanted to visit in the city, the width of the room, especially the comfort of the armchair in the living room pleased us, the balcony was large and spacious, but unfortunately we were not informed that the hotel was under renovation, even though we contacted the hotel directly before booking. The cleaning issue was very inadequate, when we opened the bathroom cabinet to get the dryer, we found dust, when we lifted the glass to drink tea or coffee, we had to look at the dead small flies in the chandelier when we turned on the light to illuminate. There was an incredible drain smell in the toilet, lukewarm-medium temperature shower water and a shower head that never fit, water leaking from the shower cabin and affecting the entire bathroom. Since the hotel was under renovation, we were directed to a different restaurant for breakfast, but the breakfast was inadequate and beyond being inadequate, it was tasteless. Despite all these negativities, the fact that we were charged for the half-liter 13 bottles of water we took to our room when we left is unfortunately an indication that the service quality and customer satisfaction are not sufficient. Although the location and the rooms are nice, it is really sad that the hotel is so neglected. With the right investment, it could be turned into a really cute and beautiful hotel.

Yaklaşık 10 gün önce konakladım 3 günlüğüne 4 günlük parası ödedim geri döneceğim diye alacağım olacak dedim ciddiyetsiz şekilde yanar paran dedi bende öyle bir ihtimal olmayacağından dün giriş yaptım bugün ödeme yapacağımda benden o paranın yandığını ve 2 günlük ödeme yapacağımı söyledi bende şirketin hesabını ver oraya göndericem dedim ısrarla nakit olarak giriş yaptım değiştiremem dedi yani ödemem nakit olacakmış illa alay eder gibi .. bende nakit olarak konaklamadığım parayı verdim çıktım …gerçekten madur oldum ilgili yerlerde hakkımı arayacağım ..yetkili hiç kimseye ulaşamadım çünkü bütün teller fatihe çıkıyor ..gerçekten çok yazık !!

For a 3-day holiday in Alacati, we chose the Cafe piano hotel and made a great choice. Located in the very center of Alacati, within walking distance. An excellent choice for those who want to enjoy the colorful nightlife of Alaçatı Cafe Piano Hotel .. Also the friendly business owners Volkan Bey and her warm mother Baygül make you feel at home as comfortable as you are at home. Even if you are not going to stay as a hotel, you must stop by and drink a coffee from the volcano. Cafe Piano s coffees are amazing. And let me add that. Although it is located in the center of the street and the location of the rooms due to the calmness of the room to those who want to spend in the evening. Because no noise and music are heard in the rooms. Finally the breakfasts were quite good quality. Alaçatı breakfast is not worth giving you tons of money to enjoy, and the hotel's breakfasts were better. Definitely go to eat thick ..
