We had a 3-person stay, the location of the hotel is very central, we were able to easily reach the herb festival and other places we wanted to visit in the city, the width of the room, especially the comfort of the armchair in the living room pleased us, the balcony was large and spacious, but unfortunately we were not informed that the hotel was under renovation, even though we contacted the hotel directly before booking. The cleaning issue was very inadequate, when we opened the bathroom cabinet to get the dryer, we found dust, when we lifted the glass to drink tea or coffee, we had to look at the dead small flies in the chandelier when we turned on the light to illuminate. There was an incredible drain smell in the toilet, lukewarm-medium temperature shower water and a shower head that never fit, water leaking from the shower cabin and affecting the entire bathroom. Since the hotel was under renovation, we were directed to a different restaurant for breakfast, but the breakfast was inadequate and beyond being inadequate, it was tasteless. Despite all these negativities, the fact that we were charged for the half-liter 13 bottles of water we took to our room when we left is unfortunately an indication that the service quality and customer satisfaction are not sufficient. Although the location and the rooms are nice, it is really sad that the hotel is so neglected. With the right investment, it could be turned into a really cute and beautiful hotel.

Yaklaşık 10 gün önce konakladım 3 günlüğüne 4 günlük parası ödedim geri döneceğim diye alacağım olacak dedim ciddiyetsiz şekilde yanar paran dedi bende öyle bir ihtimal olmayacağından dün giriş yaptım bugün ödeme yapacağımda benden o paranın yandığını ve 2 günlük ödeme yapacağımı söyledi bende şirketin hesabını ver oraya göndericem dedim ısrarla nakit olarak giriş yaptım değiştiremem dedi yani ödemem nakit olacakmış illa alay eder gibi .. bende nakit olarak konaklamadığım parayı verdim çıktım …gerçekten madur oldum ilgili yerlerde hakkımı arayacağım ..yetkili hiç kimseye ulaşamadım çünkü bütün teller fatihe çıkıyor ..gerçekten çok yazık !!
