Family of 3, checked in was okay and quick. Food are good there’s something to eat everyday in every meal but my husband had food poison the 2nd night we had dinner, he suspected it was the salad as me and my son almost has same food except for the salads he ate. Food are repetitive which can be okay. Staff in the restaurants and food places are amazing - they are very friendly to my son. The resto tables are always clean and mostly the floor - restaurant team maintained it very well. However, the animation team are very opposite from what are on the reviews mostly the lady who works on it - everytime we are the miniclub which is 5 of 7 day stay never once I see them play with my boy or other kids, they just open the kids club and use their phone most of the time - only move when she needed to clean to close the room which is 10mins before it close or will have a cigarette break. The night disco was okay but I think energy while dancing can be better and same thing every night for kids. I think this can be improved as loads of kids are in this hotel. The play ground is great but can be busy and can do more play park on the opposite side of the green area. The GYM is a BIG LETDOWN as it’s very limited only 4 equipments and few missing dumbbells - it’s old equipments very different from the photo advertised - it’s like being in an aquarium with nothing but water in it - not maintained at all. The Turkish bath is a false advertise - my husband went there and you have to seat in a Turkish bath and do it yourself unless you pay for their 35 euro massage then they will entertain you. The pool area is very busy mostly for the kids - you cannot get a seat as they don’t remove towels that had been saved since morning time even if there’s no one there for hours like 2 hours or more. On our last day we had to check out given til 1pm (1 hour extension) which we are thankful but in case you have to have late check out til 4pm I was informed you have to pay 50 euro extra which I find slightly dear. We are informed that the ephesia beach resort let their guest stay for late check out until 7pm due to food poisoning as well but for us the manager was strict to let us stay until 1pm even after the food poisoning of my husband which I find disappointing. Overall, stay was okay but not something we expected to come back or recommend - the beach was dirty mostly cigarette bits on it - most of the guests are Russian , Germans or locals - this explains why drinks are mostly vodka for cocktails.
