A small, privately owned hotel for a very reasonable price. The bathroom is a bit tired, the beds (two) are comfortable, and the hotel is quiet, with a window to the wall. But again, this is a place to just stop by and spend the night. If you're looking for action, all the city's beauty is nearby.

I think it's a perfect boutique hotel, comfortable and clean, we liked it very much, it's a quiet hotel that meets your expectations, it's exactly the same as the photos in the picture, we didn't encounter any problems, the TV, wifi, air conditioning, mini-fridge, hot water, and the appliances in the bathroom and toilet all worked perfectly, there were no malfunctions.

A Warm and Pleasant Stay in Çeşme
We stayed at Lodos Boutique Hotel for two nights and left very satisfied. The hotel was clean and satisfactory, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The couple running it were very kind and gave us great recommendations. We plan to come back and would definitely recommend it!

Very small room and no view. Very small bathroom. The hotel is close to a bakery, noise 24/7 and during the night very noisy place because of the bakery machines. Breakfast and location good. Clean. The owner doesn't understand English, very difficult to communicate.

Very small room, it was difficult to even walk in it. It was kind of depressing, the window faced a wall. Bathroom very tiny.
A lot of noise comes from the building next door that operates a bakery 24 hours a day everyday. We couldn't sleep because of the constant noise. The wall is next to the oven and the noise comes to all the rooms, as the owner told us.
Very nice breakfast (started late 9.30).
Easy parking, near the center of the village.
Beautiful decoration.
They don't know English, which makes it difficult to communicate.

Awesome place. Nice people. Cozy and very relaxing. It is right at the center of Alacati where restaurants and bars are very near. I love it there.

The owner, Orhan and the staffs were very helpful during my stay in Alacati. They helped me a lot and offered good welcome drink. Its highly recommended to stay in the hotel when in Alacati

Year 2020. Two young people are employed as staff. Unprofessional, reckless & unfriendly. Breakfast came 20 min. later, although nothing was going on. The breakfast was zero quality. The cheese was like rubber and tasted like nothing. It was so cheap it wasn't cheese anymore. In breakfast there was hair, eyelashes and leftover sesame seeds. Did we get the leftovers from other guests!? Since the tables were only cleared after an hour, even though the guests were already gone, the cats fed on the tables and threw salami on the chairs. These chairs were never wiped, of course. If you wanted tea, you had to repeat yourself at least 3 times. Cause the 2 children as waiters forgot it. Or they just didn't care. Instead, they stood at the reception and talked to the receptionist. There were no fresh towels. When asked for towels, they said that there were no fresh ones left. How can something like that happen in a hotel for days? Then you have to buy new ones !? The floor was never mopped, our feet were always dirty right after the shower. Of course there was no doormat for the shower either. Nobody felt responsible for complaints. This hotel is a complete disaster !! Far too expensive for zero service. In turkish we would say: "Paranla rezil oluyorsun!" This is exactly the case here. Choose an expensive hotel, it will still be cheaper and more sophisticated than Ala Hotel. I travel for private and business at least 30 times a year, I've never seen a worse hotel than that !! Even cheap pensions are of higher quality than this Ala hotel. How does Ala Hotel base its price? Who writes these fake positive reviews? It looks nicer in the photos than it is. Pool is way too small, rooms are way too small and cramped. On the whole, a disaster! I took the time to write this long text because my vacation was really ruined with this disaster hotel. Therefore we left this hotel early and booked a great hotel. I did something like this for the first time in my life that I left a hotel early.

Great place!
Very nice place, hidden from the crowds in the center. Even if you stop by for a drink you are welcome. The hotel manager was super nice. Thanks for your hospitality! I had a great time.

The hotel staff are very helpful and delightful. They checked us in earlier upon availability, offered us a shower room after we checked out, and helped us with getting around the city and off to the airport.
The location is amazing, it's just by the end of the main touristic street, which promises a 3 minutes walk to be in the middle of the action, but staying in calm and quiet street.
The breakfast is provided until 11h however they were nice enough to serve us around 12h.
The hotel has a really nice pool and a beautiful atmosphere where you may also sun bath.
Some of the lower floor rooms are directly facing the streets so they're a bit noisy (with families and kids around not tourists) so it's not bad.
My only concern is that while the rooms are nice and using cozy decorations, they have used complex decorations of different materials like wood, stones and marbles. Such materials are a bit harder to clean due to gaps and cavities that clusters dirt, and so they require extra care. Such gaps weren't as clean as expected, as I could've seen some stray hairs and dust.
Lastly, don't expect WiFi to reach most of the rooms, pretty much only the main lounge and pool areas are covered.
