We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Sakin Ev. The location is hidden in a small alley so a little tricky to find the first time but before arriving they reached out on whatsapp to see when we would arrive. We arrived in the evening and they came out to the streets to find us and help us with luggage. Their space is clean, very nicely decorated and feels welcoming. We really enjoyed the home made breakfast each morning and the quaint garden environment. The owners are so kind and gave us lots of recommendations and pointers for how to get around and even helped to arrange transportation. I highly recommend to anyone coming to Alacati to stay at Sakin Ev!

The motel is very beautiful and quiet. The rooms are جميلة and the location is excellent. The owner’s hospitality is wonderful — you feel like you are at home and among family. The price is reasonable as well

Long overdue review. If you love culture, nature, good food and serene places but very accessible to everything else, Sakin Ev is the place to stay when in Alacati. Stay in 100+ years old Greek homes, indulge in fresh Turkish breakfast with a wonderful garden view! This place is tucked in a very quiet & peaceful spot, but just a minute walk you’ll be in the center of Alacati center. The owner & staff were very welcoming, intentional and attentive to their client’s needs. I love their daily breakfast plus I got to enjoy free pomegranates, freshly picked from their garden! That’s a plus for me! This community is very beautiful and safe. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed walking by foot and exploring all the shops, cafes and art studios until late! I’ll surely be back in this very dreamy, artistic and beautiful town. The owner even wished me a safe travel in a Turkish way “pouring water behind me” and uttered “May your journey flow smoothly like water, and may you return as water returns to its course. Until we see each other again”.
It was a heartwarming & beautiful experience. Thank you Sakin Ev for being my home away from home. Missing everyone’s hospitality! Highly recommend this place.

Amazing property with a lot of character, its boutique hotel with may be 8 rooms, they provide an amazing breakfast, you feel like staying with a family.

The location it's great to walk at night to the main street full of color and restaurants

This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to!! To begin with, the beautiful house like castle with such great attention to details, carefully decorated, such beautiful wooden furniture, they even have a fireplace there! Additionally, the mattress and the pillows are orthopaedic, so you feel as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is served in the garden and is really amazing with lots of fruit. The location is great and every morning you walk through a beautiful area with flowers and nice looking cafes.

We are especially grateful to the staff working there, they were so helpful friendly and supportive. A really big thanks to Murat who works there, he was extremely supportive helping us look for our taxi at 5 am twice (the streets are really tricky there) and going a lot out of his way to help, we were travelling with our grandmother who is older.

Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!:)

A very nice family hotel. Great area, with very friendly and helpful hosting family. The best breakfast we had in all our trip in Turkey. Room is comfortable and with all amenities.
Also they have a great knowledge of the activities in the area. Very recommended!

A part of me will forever remain here. For someone who spent a few wonderful years in Türkiye, coming back, this place felt like a warm embrace filled with cherished memories I have of this incredible country. To me Sakin Ev was the epitome of Turkish hospitality, people's humbleness, pride, and easy, harmonious living with nature. Tucked away only a few steps from Alaçati's main streets, Sakin Ev will greet you with serenity and tasteful ambiance where not a single thing feels out of place. Everything is in harmony here, architecture, design, interior, exterior, and the enchanting garden covered in green. Just like the attention to every detail you'll notice paid to this place, you'll also experience on yourself from the beautiful people running it. Booking this place mainly because of the incredible reviews I've read, I was worried I would be too far from the beaches. I am so happy I stuck to this choice, because I'd come here any time of the year, beaches or not. Sakin Ev and its hosts are what I'll miss most about my vacation here. I truly hope to be back someday.

Alacati family weekend
A great stay overnight. Rooms were sympathetically renovated d showing the historic features of the accommodation.
The hosts were amazing and very proud of their business. Helpful guiding us to nearby restaurants and beautiful scenery for our journey back to Izmir.
The hospitality was superb, breakfast so fresh and tasty. Will be back for another weekend retreat.

Alacati is a magical party place with amazing night life, 3 minutes walk from this hotel and gorgeous beaches also v close by. The Sakin Ev hotel is a stylish, comfortable, home style villa, with a common kitchen and sitting area. Breakfast is served in the open gardens under fruit trees. The vibe of the place is amazing. The people Berke and Calar running the show are helpful, wonderful and available all the time. The breakfast is served with love under the trees, and we just would laze around there. The rooms are comfortable (some small), the bathrooms modern, but the vibe of Sakin Ev is 10/10. We would go back to Sakin Ev in a heartbeat. The restaurants, bars and shops are a mere 3 minute walk and yet it is quiet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Perfectly located small hotel with perfect service and opportunity to feel like you’re home. Green and cozy breakfast and drinks yard. Rooms decorated with antique furniture and recreations decorated with modern art. All made with love and care to guests, even in tiny details.
