The place is nice but the room is not really clean the sheetbed just thin and pillow is not comfortabke enough, there’s no blancket, the aircon is not working for firstday

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

We had a great stay at Hotel Centro. The location is very convenient and near a lot of different restaurants and even the Marina. The rooms were comfortable and neat. We did have a few issues with the Wifi and air conditioning unit in the rooms but the staff were always extremely helpful and their kindness more than makes up for any small issues.

The hotel itself is pleasant, clean, somewhat basic. But what elevates it to a five star rating is the hospitality and warmth of the staff.

The single room is relatively small, and it will be stuffy if the window is not opened. If the window is opened, there is a washing and maintenance corridor outside; but the rooftop is suitable for taking photos; it is not easy to live comfortably.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was perfect, with a private jacuzzi on the terrace, absolutely amazing, especially with the breathtaking views. Esmana Hotel Bitez It's not amazing, they should probably remove the breakfast, they shouldn't even bother with that, but it's worth coming because of its proximity to the sea. It would be better if the odor problem in the rooms was resolved. It's not unsuitable for staying, but it's ideal for those who are spontaneous.

The hotel has not been maintained well, and the bathrooms desperately need to be completely renovated. But it has a nice pool and it’s in a convenient location in the center of Gumbet.

The hotel is very tired, the furniture and interiors are old. All inclusive is very poor. To get to the sea you have to go through the stadium, thickets and a garbage dump.
