Multiple large pools including outdoor, indoor heated, and relaxation pools, as well as a water park with slides suitable for children. Well-maintained and extensive garden area praised for its greenery and landscaping. Friendly and helpful staff highlighted in several reviews, with special mentions of staff going 'above and beyond' and engaging children effectively. Varied and tasty food options with particular praise for the grill, oriental sweets, pizza station, and beach bar snacks. Convenient buggy transport service within the large resort grounds appreciated by guests with children or mobility issues. Cleanliness issues noted in rooms and public areas, including unclean pools with litter, presence of street cats inside restaurants and rooms, and occasional insect problems. Service inconsistencies with some reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff, slow service at restaurants and bars, and disorganized buffet areas. Beach is rocky and pebbly with a challenging seabed for swimming; aqua shoes recommended due to stones and concrete pieces in the water. Some rooms have outdated furniture and maintenance problems, such as broken wardrobe doors, unpleasant odors, and insufficient bedding for cooler nights. Wi-Fi quality and availability received low ratings, and some guests found the towel policy and pool opening hours inconvenient.

Nearby, within 44 meters, is the restaurant Ayışığı Köfte, rated 9/10 by visitors. Excellent hotel, delicious and varied cuisine, helpful staff. No rip-offs whatsoever. Great beach, highly recommended for families with children.

The hotel is excellent! Huge grounds, 5 pools, great staff, and the seafront location is stunning in October. The restaurant is excellent, the grill is fantastic, the oriental sweets are amazing, and there's plenty of seasonal fruit. I highly recommend it!

We arrived late in the evening and check in was quick, we were chauffeured to our room by a buggy which was great as we have younger children and the hotel covers a lot of ground.
However on arrival at our room there was only one bed when we booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. We went to reception and they didn’t end up coming for a good hour.
The room wasn’t overly clean either as we found an opened sanitary product under the bed…

The grounds are nice to look at and if you like animals there’s lots of cats and kittens that wander and play. The gardening was kept on top of and there is lots of pops of coloured flowers and plants throughout.

The public toilets were definitely neglected and unhygienic, smears on walls and empty soap. The smell was off putting too as there is toilets right by the food court.

There is multiple pools and slides in 2 of them, child friendly too. Pools weren’t the cleanest and had a lot of things floating around (tissues and litter) even early in the morning. Around the pool (especially with the biggest slides) was dirty and felt slimy to walk on. Life guards were sometimes distracted too!

There was a lot of food options at each meal times with hand made pizzas at lunch times which I thought was a nice touch. Drinks quality could be improved- cocktails and coffee machines in particular.

Overall, we did enjoy our holiday but we most likely won’t return!

I take at least two holidays a year with my family and this would be my first time in Turkey.

The resort was quite far from the airport as expected but the shuttle bus driver for Love Holidays was very pleasant.

Arrived at the hotel and my family was split up to stay on two separate buildings. Travelled with my husband and 15 year old son and son was given a room in a totally different building. The receptionist was not friendly. Said he didn’t have another room and actually shouted at me when I said I wasn’t happy about the situation as the two rooms were booked under one reservation. I asked why I had reserved two rooms and also declare the age of my child on the booking only to be given rooms miles apart. I informed him I wasn’t comfortable but he shrugged his shoulders, said something in Turkish and shouted at me to leave the desk area. He said to take it up with his manager in the morning. It was 11pm at night so we accepted the rooms but my son stayed with us. We got to the bigger room and was met with a vile smell. The room smelled of poo throughout our stay. I believe the toilet water was sewage water. Unsure if the smell was coming from the drainpipe in the shower cubicle as well, but it was worse when in the toilet. I ensure the toilet seat cover was always down but this did not help matters. The AC was constantly left on to make breathing easier but then we got too cold as there were no blankets/duvet in the room/on the bed. I called and requested for some blankets which was provided but not without drama.

Queuing for food around the pool was another bad experience. A lot of people gave up queuing up as staff took very long in serving. Staff didn’t smile and were not friendly. They did not communicate with guests and always wore a frown on their faces. Guests did not find them approachable. Not sure about other guests but my family and I always ensure we say our “pleases” and “thank you’s”. In fact, they looked upset most of the time. I wondered if they liked working at all or if they were treated badly by Euphoria resort.

For a big resort, the buffet choices were quite disappointing. The restaurant system was quite disorganised compared to other resorts I’d visited. Expected lamb but the meat tasted like fish. Unsure what it was, so I didn’t eat it. If you go to the restaurant at the advertised time for meal, you’d have nothing left to eat. The restaurant always open about an hour earlier. When you get there, the hot meals are not hot. They were warm meals or cold meals. The omelettes and sun eggs were cold.

This is my first time in Turkey and I had high expectations but I was left extremely disappointed and will never return to Turkey. My last holiday to Morocco at the Iberostar was superb. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They actually showed an interest in their guests. They engaged our kids and got them involved in activities. We felt safe and happy to leave our kids around the resort. The food choice was so much better and you knew what you were eating.

The Euphoria resort did not meet the expectations of a five star resort. Staff were not friendly nor helpful, food was awful, room was terrible due to the awful sewage smell, receptionist was incredibly rude and nasty. Can’t comment on the entertainment side of things as didn’t experience it.

The spacious garden with numerous pools and slides invites relaxation. The rooms are also adequately furnished. However, there are a few points of criticism: the duvets are too thin for cooler nights, and the towels seem a bit worn.

The restricted opening hours for the pools and slides are particularly annoying. The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired. However, the food was quite good and offered plenty of variety.

The well-organized events, such as the Oktoberfest, are a positive highlight. The beach area is also very nicely designed and offers a good selection of food and drinks.

A major drawback is the towel policy. The daily collection and delivery of bath towels is an unnecessary hassle for guests and is handled much better in many other resorts.

Really nice place for families and couples as there is few swimming pools you can relax by main pool or stay with kids by the other with water slides. Well prepared for kids with plenty of entertainments including evenings. Tasty food and served non stop. Really friendly and helpful staff. There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free. It’s always saving space in your luggage. I can easily recommend stay in this hotel.

We stayed at the Palm Beach in May 2024 with our friends. From first arriving we were very impressed with the hotel staff who were very friendly, polite and helpful. The customer service team, especially Anya went above and beyond to help us have the best holiday ever. Our rooms were gorgeous with linen changed every day including the thick towels. The mini bar was always topped up with juices and water. The service staff in the bar were always helpful and cleaning tables then putting chairs back in place. The restaurant is large with lots of choice and also outside cooking. The pizza station was really nice and the jacket potatoes were too. If that wasn't enough choice there was the beach bar who served up tasty snacks eg burgers, wraps with spiced meat, salads and drinks. Although our ages ,66 to 81, wasn't a difficulty because the front door staff were always on hand to drive you in their buggies to where you wanted to be. It was brilliant,no walking if you didn't want to and was fun too. The main pool was very quiet and immaculate too. There was bar servers on rollers blades making sure your drinks didn't warm up!!! We saw some performances in the amphitheatre who were brilliant. The a.la.carte restaurants were great and the fish one was free. All in all we loved our holiday, food, drinks and sunshine. I've read some of the other reviews and I don't agree all the bad info. I would love to stay here again, without hesitation. Thanks again Anya, see you soon.

Room which I had was not a child friendly especially for toddlers. There was any kind of lock on the front door so he easily could open it. Also, the balcony's fence was very dangerous for kids because of the big holes there. Room was not very clean even after 'cleaning'. We all had very dirty feet waking without any shoes on. The manager was no very kind for us (we are Polish and asked for an iron which they didn't give us).I had a feeling that Russian people are treated better than the other nations, especially on a main reception. What is more, we had a food poisoning. I guess it was because of meat so generally after that for the rest of the days we didn't eat anything there. In general hotel is all right because of the huge area itself, beach front, a lot of space for children for playing and a number of pools but I am not sure if I would recommend it or go back there in the future.

We are on family vacation here at the moment. If you want to spend your holiday waiting on queue for everything everywhere, this hotel is your place.

The food is not bad, but the buffet is very badly organised, there are no forks and knives, the staff does not speak English and it is hard to get what you need. This is not your hotel, if you are wine and coffee lover. Also, the alcohol is local and not good.

The environment and the gardens are well kept, but on the beach there are a lot of stones and is not suitable for children.

Definitely, we would not come back here ever again!

This resort has an excellent landscape architecture. Brilliantly maintained green fields with a lot of different plants, it's almost like a small botanic garden. Its a plaeasure walking between the houses and all these green fields while listening to the birds singing. Unfortunately this is the only thing corresponding to 5 stars. The rooms are just fine, they have some minor maintenance needs. Maybe true category would be 4 stars max. The worst, however , is the service level. At breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant there is a chronic shortage of cuttlery, bowls, cups and glasses. The staff, who barely can understand English, simply don't manage to take used plates, forks etc and wash them for next use. Washing is also not always done correctly - one can see remaining small spots from previous meals. Food is fine, but definitely not 5 stars , maybe 4 stars. The personnel at the different food places located the beach and pools work very slowly. Long queues everywhere. Either insufficient number of people employed, or just inefficiently working ppl there. And last but not least, there are street cats everywhere in the resort, even in the restaurant. Even though my family and I like cats, I don't believe cats should be walking around in the restaurant or in the lobby bar. The "best" service performance achieved by staff at this hotel was when in the early afternoon, just after our room was cleaned some minutes ago, I entered the room wishing to have an afternoon nap and found a street cat in my child's bet, next to his favourite teddy bear toy. There was fur everywhere. Yes, the cleaning ladies reacted fast and cleaned the room again, changed the bet sheets again. But this raises serious questions: what if we were allergic (thanks Got we are not), what if the cats have parasites such as fleas, for instance, or even worse what if the 🐈 is a carrier of some kind of disease. A service that allows such thing happen cannot be 5 stars. Definitely not! Surely we will not return!
