An insanely beautiful hotel! The service is top notch. The food is delicious. Everything is gorgeous.

A beautiful, stylish hotel with a huge beachfront. Delicious food, beautiful grounds. The only downside is the evening shows—they're all mass dancing and jazz singing. Neither is particularly impressive. At least a hotel room, or some funny go-go dancers, or magicians would be nice. Over the course of a week, there are three dance troupes and two jazz concerts. Those who can't stand jazz leave immediately.

Overall, the hotel is good, with large, green grounds, everything is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are gorgeous, and they cleaned conscientiously. The staff is pleasant everywhere. The food is delicious, high-quality, and there's a good selection. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach, enough for everyone. I was impressed by the pier and bar! The hotel has been partially renovated, but the main restaurant and lobby are tired. The rooms have been updated, and everything on the grounds is also superb. The entertainment is good, and there's plenty of entertainment for the kids! The soundproofing in the room is very good; you can't hear the children or the snoring of the neighbors. 😁😁 Now for the downsides. During the day, the pool bar is the busiest, with 4-5 people working at a time, and everyone is so disorganized and unprofessional that it takes 5-10 minutes to serve two people. This is completely unacceptable. Some of them have never seen alcohol and don't know what's what, or the proportions for cocktails. The juices in the cocktails aren't the best quality—they're like sugar water, ruining the flavor and leaving the cocktails lacking depth. There's both branded and local alcohol available. You have to ask for the branded stuff. There's nothing outside the hotel, so you can't really go out for a walk. The only way to get around is by taking a 5-minute taxi ride to The Land of Legends. Overall, my impressions of the hotel were positive, and I recommend it.

This is my third time at the hotel. I like a lot.
The rooms are large, and there's always a seat on the beach and by the pools, no matter what time you arrive.
The restaurant also always has tables both indoors and outdoors. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The layout is well-designed—no crowds anywhere. The café-pastry shop is excellent.
Cons: poor housekeeping and the food has become poor. It can't be compared to previous years. The selection has been significantly reduced, and many dishes are now unappetizing. Sometimes they undercook, sometimes overcook, or overcook.

You definitely won't go hungry, but it's just not very welcoming.

We would like to start by thanking you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. The location, the beautiful surroundings, and the friendly and welcoming staff made our holiday a truly enjoyable experience. The food was also absolutely delicious, and we generally felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

However, we are writing to make you aware of an issue we unfortunately encountered during our visit. We had to change rooms due to mold, which was handled well by the staff. Towards the end of our stay, however, we noticed that there was also some mold beginning to appear in the new room. As it was close to our departure, we chose not to bring it up at the time, but we did mention it upon checkout, as we didn’t want to switch rooms again.

We hope you take this feedback in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, as we would very much like to recommend your hotel to others – and perhaps even return ourselves one day. We simply feel it is important that the issue with mold is taken seriously, as it can affect both the guests’ experience and their health.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, amazing accommodation. Great food and services specially Elham (waiter) who was professional and caring.

Overall very good…. But a bit too loud at the main pool do to music playing constantly (but this might just be how these things go - our first time with such a setup)

We were very pleased with the hotel we chose! From the location to the food, entertainment and the attitude of the staff, everything was 100%

The hotel is in a great location if you want to play golf and has plenty of sun beds by the beach and pool so it was never an issue. The restaurant by the beach was good for lunch and the a la carte restaurants were good value.
