Very nice resort. Went there with my kids ages 11-17. There are better resorts out there when it comes to offering things to do throughout the day for kids and more pool options, but that probably also makes this resort a bit quieter than others I've been to. Generally, I would recommend it to anyone with a bit of extra cash and older kids who can stay at the swim up villas. Those pools are usually quiet and not full and allow for family fun time.

Another Excellent Stay

This was our sixth visit to the hotel, and as always, it was a truly pleasant experience. We were very satisfied with our Star Swim-Up Villa, which offered both comfort and privacy. We also appreciated the noticeable improvement in food quality compared to previous years.
All members of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who maintained our room to a high standard throughout our stay.
We would like to thank the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality. We look forward to returning again next year.

The resort is good and the rooms are nice and clean but the service is not very interesting. I really did not expect to have a clothing item go missing AND my mother also having a piece of her clothing go missing aswell. i searched the whole entire resort thinking i must have lost or forgotten my shirt somewhere and when i say the whole entire resort i mean it. Outdoor pool, lobby, buffets, beach, and still no white adidas shirt insight. Thought i lost it and forgot about it until my mother said HER jeans were also missing. The pants she wore exactly the day before were supposed to be on the vanity chair, among other clothing pieces and my missing shirt. I do not identify this as a coincidence and do beleive the clothing pieces were taken while i was out with my family that day.
The shirt missing was a white workout adidas shirt in a white color and black stripes on the shoulders and a adidas logo on the chest
The jeans were black flared jeans from the brand mango.
i would appreciate it if the hotel would investigate and give me a clear answer.

One of the best hotels I've encountered in nearly two dozen trips to Turkey. Excellent grounds, a beautiful beach, and a fantastic entertainment team. I've experienced both the summer and winter versions, and I can confidently say that even in the off-season, no one will go hungry. :) The food here is truly a special treat; I think, in addition to the amazing grill, I've discovered a cult of chocolate pudding lovers here. :) I'd also like to highlight the excellent service at the hotel; it's both very customer-focused and unobtrusive, and this applies to everyone who works there. A special thank you to Natasha from Guest Relations – an incredible ray of sunshine, ready to help with any requests. :) Overall, I definitely recommend the hotel and really hope to return in the spring!

This is my first winter holiday in Turkey, but I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! I especially loved the Christmas dinner and the à la carte restaurants! The staff is helpful, polite, and always willing to help with everything! The food was excellent! Special thanks to Guest Relations Elena and Natalia, who were very helpful with everything. The hotel grounds are spacious, and the beach is excellent, despite it being winter. 😍 The entertainment staff is fantastic and very positive! 10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were incredibly impressed with the hotel, especially the kids. If you're looking for a kid's paradise, Santai is the place to go. The restaurant offers food for every taste, including a children's section and purees for the little ones. The pizza at the Club House is perfect. We never missed the disco... ahahaha😁😁😁😁 The guys who work there are really cool, and the evening shows are fantastic. There's a huge water park on site, with some seriously awesome slides. The hotel staff is friendly, and Natalia was always polite and helpful with any questions. 😊 Cleaning is available daily upon request, so we had no complaints.

A great family hotel. Although there are fewer shows in winter, there's still an active program for children. The kids' club is spacious and the entertainment is great. Thanks to the staff for their smiles, our child was delighted. Regarding the restaurant, we were satisfied with both the food and service. Thanks also to the guest relations team for their prompt response to any request. Natalia was always in touch with us. Cleaning was done daily and to a high standard, and the minibar was always restocked. I'd also like to point out that we were checked in quickly, even though we arrived early in the morning. Our vacation was wonderful 👍

We had a wonderful stay at IC Santai! The hotel is beautiful and well organized, but what truly made our vacation special were the amazing staff at Hi Kids Club. They are kind, professional, and genuinely care about the children. Our kids absolutely loved spending time there — every day was full of fun, laughter, and creative activities. Big thank you to the whole Hi Kids team for making our family holiday unforgettable!

We really enjoyed our stay at IC Santai – overall everything was very nice and we had a great experience. The only downside for us was the lack of sufficient restrooms throughout the hotel. Considering that this is a family-friendly resort with many small children, it is quite inconvenient not to have a bathroom near the restaurant and to have to walk quite far with kids. Today the downstairs restrooms near the elevators were also closed, which made it even more uncomfortable.
