Regnum The Crown is an amazing hotel, we are satisfied and we would like to highly recommend to everyone. I would like to say a thank you to Ms.Shirin from guest relation. She is so kind and professional and also help us with beautiful smile. The foods are very delicious and we like a large carte restaurants.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel thanks to Mehmet Kizilaslan and the entire staff. The service was incredibly professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. Mehmet went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his kindness and professionalism truly stood out. With service like this from him and the rest of the team, I didn’t hesitate to book another stay at the hotel. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Regnum Hotel was amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Adnan and Şiirin. Their service was truly outstanding — always friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They made us feel very welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. Thanks to their kindness and dedication, our experience at Regnum was even more special. Regnum The Crown. You did not disappoint, from the hotel detail, the pools, the service, the quality of food. Everything was top tier and really did give an incredible experience. Yes a lot of people will say this is an expensive getaway, which yes is it, but if you can afford to treat yourself it is totally worth it, trust me. I went for 5 nights late September and I was SO impressed. ROOMS - Absolutely stunning, so spacious and modern, balcony was overlooking the pools, live music area in the evening and had the beach/sea view. The open concept for the bath/bed/lounge area is so nice and the walk in wardrobe, well obviously I couldn’t fill that in my 5 night visit but it is just the perfect space to keep all your luggage and bits in to make the room look tidy. Filled with amenities daily, for more than everything that you need. RESTAURANTS - I can’t comment on all as only visited some whilst there - but did try to fit in as many as I could…but there is still so many more (as you can dine at the sister hotel spots too). The Greek restaurant, incredible food and an added experience when there - I won’t say and ruin the surprise but trust me it’s worth going just for that to be honest! The Asian (in RTC) was probably my favourite, the quality of food was unreal. Highly recommend the duck sushi roll and the duck and orange salad but honestly everything was incredible. Lotus was all a favourite spot for the me for a healthy drink or meal, really good options in there and great smooches. Riveria for breakfast is also beautiful, a much more relaxing experience and even the plates/cups used are just so cute! I won’t go on about the restaurants as basically all were incredible. Buffet breakfast and evening meal was also a decent selection of food and of high standard. The coffee spots and patisseries all SO worth a visit! FACILITIES - All really high standard, pools were always clean and sunbeds always kept tidy. Towel collection points all over and you can swap out wet for dry ones whenever you want. The beach pier was a favourite spot for me, the bar there serving hot & cold drinks throughout the day. The GYM for those interested is decent and is worth visiting just for the view in honesty, the sunset up there unreal. The infinity rooftop pool also very worth a visit. I even took a stroll to check out the kids club and that was so good, bamboo club, all the rooms looked incredible! The waterpark is good, a bit small but it does what you need of it. Going solo not the best as a lot are double or more people in a ring but was still worth a visit to mix up the days. SERVICE - really high standard, my one critique would be that being a solo female it always took a while to be served. I’m not sure if that was just because they were expecting me to be waiting for someone to join. But other than that, which wasn’t an issue for me, it was really great. The hotel is most the best that I had been. The interior is luxurious and graceful. Facilities are so useful. I saw every tourist. were very happy and enjoy this hotel. Staffs are so kind. Especially thanks to Miss Shirin at concierge to help me reserve a latarte restaurant everyday. We are here four times. I'd like to be here with my family. I am so happy. I think here is a paradise. Various a la carte restaurant is wonderful 이 호텔은 내가 가본 중 최고이고 인테리어도 아주 훌륭합니다. 스텝들은 매우 친절하고 특별히 미쓰 쉬린은 매일매일 알라카르때 식당을 예약하는 데 큰 도움을 주었습니다.

Our stay at Regnum The Crown from the end of November until December 2nd, 2025 was absolutely wonderful. I stayed there with my mother, and from the very first day until our departure everything was simply perfect – the organization, comfort, atmosphere and overall service were all at the highest level. We would especially like to highlight two amazing people who truly made our stay unforgettable. First of all, Alsu, who was our main guest relations contact from the beginning. She explained everything clearly, was always available, kind and attentive. Every time we met her, she asked how we were and if everything was okay. Thanks to her, we felt genuinely cared for and relaxed throughout the entire stay. She was fantastic from the first day until the warm farewell at the end. The second person we would like to thank is Emel. She went out of her way to help us purchase traditional glasses when we simply did not have the time to do so ourselves. She arranged everything for us with great kindness and a warm smile. Her help and attitude were truly exceptional. Overall, our stay was outstanding. This is a hotel you want to return to – not only because of the excellent standard, but especially because of the wonderful people who create such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
