Charming vaulted ceiling room with good amenities. Loved the glass enclosed roof-top dining area. We had three breakfasts (included) and one dinner there. Enjoyed walking down to the hotel along small stone streets from the parking area where we left the car.

Never been in a place like this before and I had good experience. The rooms are good but when I reached there, I didn't get a good room and it is only good for a single person. People here don't speak good English so you may have to take extra time to point out what you need to say ot understand what they are saying. The crew are polite, clean and have good taste in music.

The weather was cold and the dampness in the room did not help either. The bathroom was open and when we requested for a room change it was flatly refused. The good part was the breakfast and the view from restaurant. Suggest that one has a look at the room prior to finalisation. We had two mid sized suitcases and had to lug it up and down the stairs as there was no approach road to the hotel

First time visiting Ortahisar, and what an experience. Rooms are authentic and service provided everything I needed at a moments notice. The view from the bar beats every other cave hotel out there. My favorite is the hot air balloon that flies over the hotel in the mornings. Definitely a hidden gem location for those who want a REAL Turkish experience without the headache. 🇹🇷

The hotel location is beautiful, with rooftop view over the little city and at night the whole lights would turn on, giving such a scenic view. Our room was tidy and clean, and Tarik was always helpful to call us for taxi, making sure our stay was wonderful and needs met. Not to forget is the continental breakfast in the morning, so delicious and full. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended hotel if you are staying in Ortahisar! xx

Terrible service. We wanted to enjoy our last night here and since we got here they didn’t treat us well, they offered a table outside and never organized it for us.
Didn’t show us a menu and wanted us to order something to sit down. We had to sit on a table for two and we were 3 people and never offered us an additional chair.
They didn’t apologize or anything, never coming back here.

Really nice views for sunset from the rooftop bar of the town and the castle. The town looks especially nice from there when the lights of the village turn on (around 19:30). The service of the owner is really nice. Osman organized us a taxi and treates us very kindly

You will definitely be pleased with a unique place where you can experience the Kaya hotel, where you can have your breakfast with balloons accompanied by a pleasant view, with polite and caring owners. They make your dinners more enjoyable with the view directly seeing Ortahisar castle. The rooms are clean and beautiful as if you were using them for the first time.
