We came in a big group (10 adults and 3 very young children) from Pamukkale (a 10-hour bus ride). We arrived at about 8am which was way before check in time. The host was so, so kind to let us check in immediately (with no extra cost, subject to availability) as we were all so tired! There was an issue with the booking for one of the rooms but the supervisor managed it well and everything was rectified. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the traditional Turkish breakfast especially the bread! I am still thinking about it. Location wise, right at the heart of Goreme. Even though it is a bit of a uphill, we survived! The view from the terrace is also nice, especially with the hot air balloons.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was really delicious. I could see the air balloon in the morning from the terrace and it was really cool. In the evening, I was able to have a great time as I could see the city night view while drinking wine on the terrace. It was a very satisfying hotel and I would like to visit again next time if I have a chance!

Pros:
* Very convenient location – just a few minutes’ walk to the viewpoint and all the central places
* Friendly and caring staff
* Free parking available in front of the hotel
* Delicious breakfast! We really enjoyed it!
* Excellent rooftop viewing platform – hot air balloons fly right above you at sunrise
* Nice room, clean, with everything you need
* 24/7 free coffee

Cons:
* Poor ventilation in the room, no fresh air circulation – only a tiny window in the bathroom can be opened
* Our room (#1) was right next to the hotel entrance, so it was quite noisy sometimes. If you want peace, choose a different room.

This place was amazing!! Algan is such a great guy, he made our stay truly special. Anytime we needed anything he was on top of it! He even helped book an event we really wanted to do with about 10 minutes of prep since our other guide canceled last minute. The rooms were cozy and spotless, great breakfast, good views. I couldn't have asked for a better stay

Extremely helpful staff. I did not stay at the hotel but, I went to use their roof top to take pictures of hot balloon flights. Very nice place for it. Staffs we very helpful and friendly. They also offered us coffee and it was very nice. Highly recommend and if I come back to Goreme in future, I would definitely be staying here.

This was the most satisfying accommodation during my trip~
From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles.
In particular, the young gentleman was always cheerful and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed, which truly touched us.
The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh bedding and a spotless bathroom.
The location was excellent — viewpoint and tour pick up drop point, bus station were within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and really friendly, making our stay stress-free from start to finish.
If we ever come back to this area, we will choose this place without hesitation.
Wishing all the staff good health and happiness.
Highly recommended for everyone!
