It was an amazing trip in Cappadocia. The Hotel was perfect everything is so close it only took 5 min walk. Breakfast was excellent. my air balloon attraction got canceled because of weather, but the staff Baris helped for us to book for next day. He even lent our attraction fee temporarily, when i was struggling with atm and card problem. I’m so happy for the hospitality of this Hotel. It felt like 5star hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean, but the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. It's nice to be able to eat while looking outside.
There are also many shops nearby within walking distance, making shopping easy. 👍

After comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one recommended by a local if you wanna experience the warmest hospitality. I'm very grateful to Osman for his hospitality. The room is very big, cleanI, very warm in winter. It boasts the best hot air balloon viewing spot in all of Cappadocia, and offers a lavish breakfast every day, like a festival. If I wanna travel Cappadocia next time, I think I will still book here.

I stayed in room 203 for five consecutive nights.
The water and amenities were replaced every day, and the front desk staff were very friendly.
The view from the rooftop was amazing, and I was very impressed to see the hot air balloons.
The only thing I would like to point out is that the lock on room 203 was a little difficult to lock, so I think it would be more comfortable if this could be improved.

Wonderful hotel! The people working there are very sweet, extremely helpful and thoughtful. I will definitely come back. The fact there is no restaurant is not a problem, because there are many options in walking distance. The breakfast is everyday made with love and you can taste that. The roofterrace is a nice place to relax and if desired you can have a drink, but if you would enjoy a different rooftop terrace you get great recommendations from either Baris or Salim. Also other recommendations can be given by them, such as making a planning of activities. All in all small hotel, that has eye for detail and is able to create a family feeling.

I had a lovely stay here and extremely grateful to Ersel, Salim and Baris. The breakfast had so many options and the room was so lovely and comfortable. The terrace was lovely with views to see the hot air baloons. It was also a few minutes easy walk to town. Thank you for helping me with everything and the chats I will never forget this! Highly recommended

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
