It's a nice hotel with beautiful designer rooms, but it's cold at night in early November. We stayed in a large room with a private veranda. The only heating is via the air conditioner, which can't warm the entire room. No one turns anything on in advance.
The bathroom is cold, especially in the metal bathtub, and there's no handheld showerhead, so water comes either from the faucet or from the ceiling shower.
The sheets and towels aren't changed, which is very strange.

The room was very small and there was not enough space to put away your clothes. We lived out of our suitcase. The noise from the mosque in the early morning woke us up and there were dogs barking throughout the night and early morning.

Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the pool suite and it was well worth the price. I did arrive later at night and had a little difficulty navigating myself to the hotel but their valet service more than made up for it

The air conditioning in my room didn’t cool very well. Some renovations were being made during my stay, but their customer service was great and the breakfast was amazing!

The hotel's ambiance is very nice. I would say it's one of the nicest hotels in the area. I found the breakfast inadequate, especially regarding hot dishes. Generally, everyone wrote that the staff were very attentive, but honestly, they seemed quite unassuming; we didn't receive any attention. We only got answers when we asked. I used the pool once, and unfortunately, the pool surface wasn't very clean. I saw that cleaning was done the next day. The noise from the landscaping was a bit disturbing. The bathrooms could have been more hygienic; there was a musty smell. The hotel is very beautiful, but I regret to say that it seemed poorly maintained.

I would like to praise the account manager girl. She is a very nice person and knows how to handle things. Her speech and emotional intelligence are also very high. She even gave her a baby cake🧁
Mainly during breakfast time because there was nothing for the baby to eat, I asked them to help cook the noodles. They said they didn’t want to, so I contacted Ctrip and later solved the problem and cooked the whole thing. I haven’t seen any Asian faces other than us in the past few days... It seems sure. a very niche place

The decoration is really stylish, but I always feel that it may be too long for each person. If you can't clean it well...you can come and experience it! Because the price/performance ratio is very high and the room area is very large~

The hotel is in a good location. The employees are very good, especially the restaurant manager, Mr. Berkay and Mr. Orhan, they are very attentive. Everyone is very nice.

This hotel is amazing. Very accommodating and attentive staff. Had a small issue with the refrigerator and was fixed the next day. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
