Good location that u could walk to the centre with cafes / restaurants within 3 mins but also feel nice and quiet at night!!
Very good service, kind & helpful receptionist with excellent English. We had the honeymoon en-suite at the roof with a large jacuzzi & great view!! The room is also clean & decent. Feel like it worths!!

This is the most smooth hotel I stayed in during this trip. It has a convenient location, exquisite decoration, attentive and enthusiastic service, and a rich breakfast. The whole experience was so happy. I will come again if I have the chance!

I have stayed in a King Double Room on the first floor for two nights at the end of November. There was no room cleaning, probably because I didn’t request it, so I requested some towels exchange on the second day. The handheld shower was already broken, but I managed fine with the head shower, so I have no complaints. I hope the showerhead will be repaired by my next visit. Due to the room’s layout, water tends to splash into the room, so be careful with the shower pressure. The hotel staff were consistently kind and flexible, responding to my limited English requests with patience from the post-booking chat through the entire stay. I am truly grateful for their support. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel’s mascot dog is adorable and friendly. Tours picked us up directly from the hotel, and the location is excellent, so I highly recommend it.

The room was super nice. The front desk was also super nice. Sorry to comment so late. We came here by night bus from Antalya. It was already past 5:00 in the morning when we arrived in Goreme town, but there was nowhere to go. We were always worried about whether we could check in so early because it was really too long, almost seven hours in advance. Unexpectedly, the front desk actually agreed and told us that we could enjoy breakfast that day, which was actually equivalent to staying for one night, almost a day and a half. I am really grateful to the front desk. Later, they stored our luggage for free. When we went to have breakfast the next day, we were given a small gift. It was a super warm itinerary. The breakfast aunt saw us coming up to eat and made pancakes for us. It was so warm. I highly recommend everyone to come to this hotel. It added a lot of warm memories to my trip to Turkey.

Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend and breakfast was AMAZING, so much food that it filled the whole table. Great location too and staff super friendly. Great veiw of hot air balloons too!!
