When we say "gypsy cave costume," we think of Imran Khanim. She charmed us with her humanity and her coffee. It was as if we were having breakfast in a special place. The flavors were truly exquisite. Thank you so much to the hotel owner for her sincerity and dedication. Mashallah, the smiling face of the hotel.

The staff is friendly, very friendly people, the hotel is very beautiful, authentic, pure luxury, and the breakfast is also very tasty, with a very rich choice of dishes.

Loved this place every bit. Location is perfect, the breakfast is phenomenal, the terrace is brilliant and all in all we really loved this hotel and would definitely recommend. However there are some points for improvement, the standard room is really small, we couldn't even lay down our suitcase flat open, which is OK but the room can definitely be optimized within the current size, the other thing was Turkish coffee was not included in the breakfast. Other than that we had a perfect stay and would definitely come back here if we ever visit Göreme again

I absolutely loved my stay at Roma Cave Hotel! The place is magical — beautiful cave-style rooms, cozy atmosphere, and an amazing terrace with a breathtaking view of the hot air balloons in the morning. The reception staff were especially wonderful — so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Breakfast was incredibly delicious 🤤.

The room and food were excellent. They even lent me a Turkish plug converter, which was very helpful!

The food is not a buffet, but there is a wide variety and it is very delicious. The service is also good, and when I arrived at the hotel around 1pm, they showed me to my room right away. The hotel is located on a slight hill above the center of Goreme, so you can see the hot air balloons from the terrace. I recommend booking a room with a terrace so you can enjoy the hot air balloons from your room. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell, which was a shame, but other than that it was very clean.

The hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a good night's sleep. The front desk was friendly and provided welcome fruit. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!

This is the worst customer experience I have experienced from a hotel. They are money grabbers and don’t care about your situation if they can make funds off of you. Do not stay here!
Responding to his comment below, this was not by choice. Flight was cancelled (airline malfunction), couldn’t make it and wanted to rebook. They were not willing to do anything about it.

The location was great and the rooms were clean. We booked many activities for our three-day stay, and the hotel staff always provided the best suggestions. They also quickly arranged transportation reservations. It was a comfortable hotel, and one I would definitely stay at again.
