This was my second time staying at Kaya Konak Cave, and once again, it was a flawless experience. Having stayed here before, I can confidently say that their hospitality and high standards remain unchanged. The suite cave room I stayed in was breathtaking—perfectly blending an authentic atmosphere with modern comfort. A special shout-out to the breakfast; it’s incredibly rich, fresh, and filled with local delicacies. This is officially my go-to place every time I visit Cappadocia. Thank you for everything!

It's not quite as good as in China; overall it's just average. The location is decent, though. The town isn't big, and breakfast is included, with a fairly good variety. The people in the town are much more down-to-earth than those in Istanbul.

The room is super clean, the staff are friendly and helpful; especially Fatima, she was great!, she helped us with reservations for Hot Air Balloon ride & recommended us a photographer for fotos shoot sessions by Mustafa who gave us an unforgettable experience in Cappadocia, the amenities are perfect, the breakfast are wonderful! ❤️❤️

Staff were often not at the front desk; slow responses on WhatsApp; not very hospitable. Room was not cleaned once during our 4/5 night stay. Fresh towels, glasses and replenishments had to be requested. Room smelt mouldy and damp. The restaurant had a beautiful rooftop though the cushions were always wet or not set up, and was also not open for dinner. Wasted opportunity to watch the balloons or have sundowners. Bed was comfy; shower was decent. Book if you want a short stay but lower your expectations and you’ll be fine. The highlight was definitely the tours we did in the area but be sure to have cash for these or you’ll spend most of your time trying to make arrangements for this only to be charged extra to use your card in the end.

A perfect base for a stay in Goreme, our queen size bedroom and bathroom was fantastic, @07.00 you open the front door and you have a sky full of hot air balloon right in front of you. I. The evening you are right in the middle of the village for a great selection of food and drink. The hotel has a lovely roof bar, all the staff were brilliant and helpful, highly recommend

I had an amazing stay at Kaya Konak. The cave-style room was stunning and created such a unique, beautiful atmosphere definitely a one-of-a-kind experience. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff made it even more special, as they were always welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Şengül, who prepared the most delicious omelet each morning—her warmth and kindness truly brightened the start of every day. Also, thank you to Atilla for his wonderful hospitality and care throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel staff is very helpful, kind and friendly. It has great view and great location to watch balloons. Free buffet breakfast from 8:30am to 10:30am. There is free tea all day. I loved this place, especially service members (Atilla and Sengul). Thank you.

Beautiful accommodation with excellent and friendly staff. Terrace for view over the Gérome Valley and spectacular hot air balloons at 5am every morning. Good breakfast.
The accommodation is in a great central location. The terrace sitting area is amazing - you can just relax there. The staff are very nice and helpful.
Atilla the hotel manager is very friendly and happy to help with any query. He even showed us how to brew Turkish tea properly and offered cold drinks upon arrival. He is very dedicated to his job, we were really impressed with his hospitality and people skills.
Sehgur prepares daily breakfast and makes the best omelettes for all guests!

We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly, so helpful and they also make a very enjoyable traditional breakfast! The rooms were very nice, comfy bed and much needed AC! A beautiful view overlooking the valley from our balcony and bonus a rooftop sitting area! Loved it!

We only have positive comments. The check in and check out was fast and accurate. Super helpful and friendly people at the reception. They carry your luggage to the room and at the end of the stay back to your car. They can negotiate a fair price for a balloon flight. Very good breakfast all with fresh profucts. Different egg preparations are no problem and come fast. Situated in downtown Göreme minutes away from plenty of restaurants and shops. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
