The hotel has a very good location, almost 10 minutes from everywhere, the breakfast was good and sufficient; we only couldn't connect to the internet and unfortunately our phone didn't work in the room, but we didn't mind this, the hotel owners were friendly and welcoming, we would also like to thank them.

I stayed for one night to visit Cappadocia. The hotel is built into a cave, and the building is 300 years old — certainly one of the more unique hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room was nicely appointed. A traditional Turkish breakfast was included, which I quite enjoyed. The host was lovely. Would certainly return if I’m in the area again.

Never been in a place like this before and I had good experience. The rooms are good but when I reached there, I didn't get a good room and it is only good for a single person. People here don't speak good English so you may have to take extra time to point out what you need to say ot understand what they are saying. The crew are polite, clean and have good taste in music.

First time visiting Ortahisar, and what an experience. Rooms are authentic and service provided everything I needed at a moments notice. The view from the bar beats every other cave hotel out there. Just spent 2 nights at Splendid Cave Hotel. It was a lovely stay. Happy to report that they are indeed rooms carved out from a cliff side. Located at a quaint little town Ortahisar, quiet and not very touristy which I like. But if you want to be at the center, book a hotel in Uchisar or Goreme.

I felt welcome, and it felt like home, even if not everything was perfect. I probably had the best room. The host tries everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is a very nice hotel to visit and stay in. We went with our 2 sons, aged 10 and 12. The fact that it is animal friendly made us love it even more. Ms. Sıdıka's care and attention makes you feel very special. If you want attention, care and a smiling face, this is the hotel for you. I can't wait to go again.

It's a nice hotel with beautiful designer rooms, but it's cold at night in early November. We stayed in a large room with a private veranda. The only heating is via the air conditioner, which can't warm the entire room. No one turns anything on in advance. The bathroom is cold, especially in the metal bathtub, and there's no handheld showerhead, so water comes either from the faucet or from the ceiling...

Hotel is located at a side of a hill, so shuttle or taxis wont park at the front, you must walk 100mts to get there. The town has just a few options of restaurants and shops. You have to take a taxi to go around, it is easy to get it and not expensive. Uber works. Staff is really gentle and rooms are big, you will really live the turkish culture.
