The location of the hotel is perfect and we had a relaxing time in Akyaka. We stayed at the end of the season. Shop was closed. Pool was cold even though the weather was perfect. Room was clean but out of the way. Breakfast was strange....usual omelette man and good range of cheese etc.... but no fruit juice, flavoured teas, melon or toaster.

One of the best accommodation spots in Akyaka/Ula/Mugla in Turkiye. By the sea, cozy, good food and drinks, friendly staff. Location wise, close to everywhere (marmaris, bodrum, datca). Great marina view and clean rooms, though facilities are a bit dated and the music at night can be noisy. The real gem here is Toprak at reception—the only staff in our 9 days across Turkey who truly delivered genuine hospitality. Thanks to him, our stay felt much better than average.

It's a clean, attentive hotel with friendly staff. We booked the room with breakfast, but I recommend the open buffet dinner, which was 500 TL per person. It was very filling and delicious.

The advantage of the hotel is that it is in a very good location, close to the harbor, and you can enjoy the sea view from the sea view rooms and outside the restaurant. Rooms are really comfortable and nice, but even if hotel has 4 stars it isn't so good. It's dirty, the most of people who work here don't understand English well, and it's always not enough cups for tea and when they appear they are not properly washed. Evening animation is very good. I am writing this as someone who visits Marmaris at least three times a year. First of all, the hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, pool and garden are very clean. The staff is friendly and the reception staff is very attentive and helpful. Especially the Turkish bath and massage were excellent. Ahmet was very helpful and always looked after us. Thank you for everything.

The place is beautiful. Rooms are super clean, well air-conditioned, staff is very kind and helpful. Many attractions for kids. Swimming pools are pretty large, clean water. Food is just out of this world. Huge variety of salads, fresh meats, pastries etc. Snack bar is available also. They go out of their own way to make this place great for the guests.

All inclusive in this hotel is not truely all inclusive. For example, you are charged for basic fresh-squeezed orange juice for 10 TL for breakfast. Free inclusive alcohol is only available free for a few choices on the alcohol list but the other choices incur charges. There is not much in-house entertainment provided by the hotel. If you don't mind about these, then there are positives about this...

Our family had a wonderful 7 day vacation at the Izer Hotel. We particularly enjoyed the pools some of the activites like beach vollyball. The staff were extremely friendly too. The reason i did not give 5 stars is that the rooms are very basic, and the staff did not speak English well so on occasion we struggled to do some simple things like booking taxis or check-in. Fabulous place. Staff were fantastic keeping the hotel clean at all times. Food great & the views unbelievable from the beach, a beautiful bay. Recommend.

Awesome hotel! Very friendly staff, especially Erkan ;). Good service. Animation team also approaches kids to participate; You don't have to do it by yourself. Food is also great, a lot of different kinds of food. A lot of watersports possible, jetski, parasailing, ringo, and so on. Also, Bodrum is easily reachable by bus (only 2 euro!). We've again booked this year! See you on June 30th!
