Provides a good facility and thermal features for a very affordable price. Meals are ok, tea time etc extras for free, rooms are good, has old but working furnitures. Not the best (not even close) for young people though, it has a conservative feeling and mostly elders prefer the place, at least for the season we stayed. I was in İzmir for work and urgently needed a stable, high-speed internet connection for a video conference. The hotel I initially stayed at offered only around 4 Mbps, and the connection was frustratingly unstable. The room was quite large and clean, but the curtains were broken. The front desk service was also good. Another nice stay at this hotel. It is not the cheapest but provides a good service and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The showers are particularly nice and powerful. The hotel is overcrowded every day with day-trippers, very noisy in the hallways every evening, and departures start shortly after 6 a.m. with busloads of people on day trips. It's impossible to relax and enjoy a few days' vacation. The rooms are old and in dire need of renovation. We even left a day early because there was simply no hot water.

I arrived early on an overnight bus, but I was able to check in at 10am, which I was very grateful for. The spa facilities were also excellent, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. They also arranged for a shuttle bus to the airport, which was very helpful.

The hot springs are fantastic, especially the mud bath where there's a thick layer of mud at the bottom. There are both outdoor and indoor hot springs; the outdoor area even has two levels, plus there's an indoor hot spring and a swimming pool.

Don't go here if you want safe, decent,sailing equipment. We saw a catamaran dismasted due to lack of maintenance, narrowly missing the crew. The boats are all knackered and need replacing. From the moment I arrived nothing was too much trouble , the staff were very warm and friendly and any request was promptly dealt with . The facilities were excellent and the beaches - all three private , were spotlessly clean with many staff to help out when required. The highlight of my stay was the best beach at Anhinga which was straight out of a treasure island , but just a 15 minute drive on...

The hotel's ambiance, the location of the area, and the view are magnificent. I really liked the rooms and the fine details inside. I looked at the spa menu and will definitely try it on my next trip. Breakfast was good. The staff are attentive.

Outstanding all round! Biggest spa in Europe! Expert practitioners. Lots of restaurant choice and wellness activities. Beautiful private beach and views.
