We stayed in June. We were the only Asian family in the entire resort, so the staff called me by name as soon as I arrived at the front desk. I like all-inclusive resorts. It's very relaxing to be with my family. There are unlimited drinks and snacks. The staff are also very friendly.

The hotel is a bit humid near the sea, but it is generally good in the off-season. The wine lists of several bars are the same, with a relatively simple variety. There are many choices for breakfast and dinner, but the taste is average.

The Tui Blue Grand Azur is a haven of tranquility and sophistication and is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in - this is my 6th visit. We were here last year and we had Booked a suite with a double balcony we enjoyed it so much we booked again for this year. We were given a suite with a tiny balcony as a wheelchair user it was not ideal for me the balcony could hardly fit 2 chairs on it. The first time we came we had a junior suite that was a lot bigger than this.The Service at reception was not a bit helpful. So i slated them here...

The hotel is very clean, well organized. Thr spa facilities, hamam, pool and slides are fantastic. Food, well, been in a couple of 5 star hotels around the world, it easily plays on top 5. Especially dinner is quite wonderful. The staff is very polite. Would recommend to my friends.

All compliments for this hotel. From welness and spa, rooms, reception, restaurant and caffees , all services were perfect. Food is delicious, with variaty of selection, even for people with special diet requirements. All staff is very professional and kind, making guest feel relaxed at evey moment. All facilities, including pools and spa are very very clean.
