Reviews
The food at the restaurant deserves special praise: the variety of dishes was impressive! Every day there were fresh seafood options — shrimp, calamari, octopus, and fish. Meat lovers won’t be disappointed either. And the number of delicious desserts and cocktails was overwhelming — so many choices!
The staff were always smiling, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere was very warm and pleasant.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good points were weather was excellent, bar staff were friendly, house keeping was good. Food good.
Rooms are very dated and the only reason this is a 5 star is because of the facilities.
The swimming pool with slides absolutely stinks! It must be near to a sewage plant or something and so many guests were commenting on it. The restaurant is a free for all and you find yourself fighting for a table due to inconsiderate guests sitting on a table of 8 when only 2 of them… it should be better organised by the hotel staff.
On a plus side the food is good and a different selection everyday. The bar and restaurant staff work really hard and I couldn’t fault them.
There is lots of cats roaming freely and the hotel states they are nothing to do with them. When I first arrived we reported a kitten with a severe eye infection but they did nothing. Hotel guests were buying eye treatments and all sorts trying to help. We contacted a local charity to help who arrive to take the cat to the local vets. The hotel staff would not allow her to pass to collect! My partner handed over the kitten and then all of a sudden the staff kicked off! It was agreed that the kitten would be returned after treatment (had its eye removed!) but the hotel now will not have it back! Overall a very unpleasant experience.
Hotel have since stated we refused to re check luggage but they asked us to do so 10 mins before transfer and accepted we would do so at home and email. Initially, reception said they'd check and come back to us. Asked in an hour and were told they didn't know anything about it.
Good service and food. Staff excellent for the most part.
Busy hotel and lots of things for kids and families.
In response to the owner (appreciated) your relations team have denied responsibility. Asking a housekeeper if they took it they said no. Excellent work.
Bags were not refused to be opened. The hotel accepted we would check when we arrived home and provided us with a contact to email. Bringing over a housekeeper to us was unprofessional and the hotel simply do not wish to assist and nothing re room access was shown.
We went as a group of 3 women (early 30's) for a week in mid june.
We had a downstairs family room right by the door which was ideal so minimal walking.
The rooms decor is a bit tired but the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean with fantastic air con. Our shower was a disability one and the floor did get soaked and didn't drain well but that was one small flaw and not a big deal. We soaked it up with towels and had them replaced each day without fuss. The hallway can be a bit loud but not really an issue for us.
Its definitely a family friendly resort and the size of the place is HUGE frankly. You wouldn't need to leave if you didnt want but we did :)
There's free water everywhere, there's always a bar open somewhere that you can get a drink. Cocktail menu is a bit small but the staff will make up what you ask for if they have the Ingredients. Ice cream chillers by the pool etc.
The pools are large and clean. They run entertainment in the main pool throughout the day which is for kids and adults and quite funny to watch ( we didn't join in but enjoyed spectating!) The sunloungers are a mild irritation. There are enough sun lounger, ACROSS THE WHOLE RESORT. But you will find it difficult to get one if you arrive any later than mid morning. They are somewhat hot on removing towels if they stay empty though. Same applies for the beach but these fill faster so bear that in mind and go down early.
If you come back around lunch and mid afternoon, you'll likely get a spot. At least, you will in mid june. There was a heatwave, so the pool was actually a lovely temp but we did hear that the week prior the water was still pretty cold!
The staff are all really friendly and helpful. You obvs get the ones who come round for photoshoots, watersports etc but they aren't pushy and tend to remember faces after a while and they genuinely just stop to chat.
The watersports are so worth it though, really really fun and all on site!
The beach is clean and sand/pebbly and the water is turquoise its beautiful. You can hire the beach cabanas for a day +service to your cabanas, but its 2 to a cabana.
The food is tasty and follows a general routine, but there is a wide variety, pizza, burgers, hot dogs, the main restaurant has a HUGE selection.
Didn't visit the water park but looked great and is set away from the hotel to avoid noise.
The bar at the bottom put on some great entertainment and music, including a live band and saxophonist during our stay, its a good scene. Security are always on hand too but it doesnt get rowdy.
We felt completely safe at all times at this resort.
There's a busstop that goes directly into bodrum center station for 3 euro each way or you can grab a taxi which is like 10 euro each way and takes about 15 mins.
Reps are available in their own little section at various times in the hotel, but we didn't book anything through ours we did it in the town which was cheaper and a bit more authentic we felt. (Boat trip mainly - highly recommended! 20 euro each for a whole day and lunch)
There are lots of stairs and steps at this resort, its set into the cliff really.
The jetty's are also very nice and clean and you can jump off and swim in the sea.
I havnt done an all inclusive holiday in years and honestly I fell in love with this place, im bringing my family back next year.
We also did a photocopy and the spa whilst here which were both also fantastic!
It was busy but not sardines and i would say it looked like one of the nicer resorts in the area.
Very safe, very easy, very beautiful and affordable.
We loved it here! A week was not enough!
Room was specious big bed in master bedroom, living room two single beds and pull out sofa and second bedroom two single beds.
Air con available, needed as you can't open a window bar the balcony door.
Bottled cold drinking water provided everywhere in fridges.
Guest relations were helpful. Bus to bodrum right at the door €1pp taxi €9.
Be prepared to walk and use stairs a lot! As specious as it is you will have to walk 20min from one site to the other depending on your room location.
The hotel is dated, family deluxe room was very tired, especially the bathroom. The floor in the master bedroom was squeaking and massive water stains on the living room ceiling.
I know it was end of season week, but there was no decent entertainment organised. Kids disco at 9pm followed by DJ.
As usual drinks were awful the minerals had an aftertaste of bleach or chlorine, but you can purchase branded products.
If I ever get a cheap deal I would go again, but not for the money I paid this time I expected more.
The gentleman that had massage me came over with another gentleman and asked me to follow them into a room. My son who is 12 was left outside in the room saying I would be back in 2 mins. While I was in the room, they both talked in Turkish and they were examining my tummy and my leg and was asking me questions about any pains that I had in my stomach. He pointed out that I had a pulse in a part of my tummy that shouldn’t be there so he massaged it and massaged it and continued talking in Turkish to each other, I was distressed about the whole situation because I thought they found something. Then they started talking to me about lymph glands, and things weren’t working like they should be. Now my sister had breast cancer and had to have her lymph glands removed so I was thinking the worst. 20 minutes later I was lead out of the room where my son was really worried. He picked up on my anxiety about what just happened and was upset. Once outside in reception, the same gentleman sat me down and tried to talk me into booking three more sessions to help with the limp glands that weren’t working when I said that I wasn’t prepared to pay any more money and also that I’d have to speak to my partner, he continue trying to force me into booking it once I left I turned around, and the gentleman was shaking his head at me, this ruined our whole experience and there was no way I was ever going to go back. I’ve booked in to see my doctor now because my stomach was quite uncomfortable after he finished his procedure! And the rest of my holiday! I was most upset! I really do think this shouldn’t of happened I’m not so sure he found anything or was just trying to force me into more treatments. I don’t know either way it really upset me!
