The setting and hotel itself was beautiful. The room we had was absolutely amazing. Food, drinks and service were very good, although it was end of season so limited on restaurants and choice of dishes.

Excellent room. We went during quiet season and some restaurants were closed but the main buffet restaurant was outstanding in terms of variety and really good quality. The beach area is lovely and the water sports facilities were a highlight.

We’ve stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum multiple times and it never disappoints. The facilities, food and drink are excellent quality and you feel like you are in great hands with a fabulous team - Berken, Secil and Asya were very helpful with answering our questions and arranging things for us. Charming, luxury and VIP hotel

The hotel was in a good location. • The pool and the sea were excellent. • The room was large but very dark, and the bathroom was quite bad. • Breakfast was good, but dinner was tasteless and of low quality! Overall, the hotel felt deserted—quiet and lacking any excitement or fun. I wouldn’t recommend it for enjoying yourself or for good food.

It was fine, a very good price for the amenities (beach access, two pools, breakfast included). A bit far from Alacati, but only ~10-15 minutes from Cesme marina. Not much nearby to the hotel, but good if all you want is a hotel and a beach/pool. Rooms are old (bathrooms especially) but okay overall.

Ontur was a good hotel. My dad didn’t feel well and they had one staff on duty for emergencies. In addition, I needed a laptop for a very urgent business application and they arranged one for me. I appreciate the good service.

The hotel was generally nice, but it felt neglected and there were some shortcomings. For example, there was a table tennis table but no rackets or balls, and a billiard table but no cues. The waterslide was closed most of the time for various reasons. In addition, some of the toilets were often dirty and seemed as if they were never cleaned.

Termal pool işsize The termal pools were not working (we were told their system broken 3 days ago and repair will take longer. I preferred this hotel for this option which is best and only pool use for 65 yrs old mother. There was no information on their website about this issue, and I would not select this hotel if I would know it. This was a gift holiday to my mother and she could not swim anymore...

Amazing relaxing week. We booked due to location to airport and the facilities and you didn't disappoint. Some people comment on the food, but you have to remember this is mainly russian hotel, so be prepared to try different delicacies. The food was fresh and soo much choice. Will definitely return, it was such a great price for a relaxing week in the sun.

We arrived at 21:08 om a Saturday. The drive in was dark, we couldnt see anything around and we got to the reception asking for directions to a resturant as the kids and us where hungry. It closed at 2100 and to my suprise they wouldnt accomodate arrivals 8 mins after closing...... not a great start. But the guy at reception ordered a pizza for the kids and we went to the room. Again... its dark outside...

The resort was really beautiful with various activities. Dining options were really good. Nothing to complain about really. However, stay away from the photographers if you are not ready for expensive drama

The resort provides top-notch services for her guests and I would recommend the all inclusive service to anyone who wants to stay. However, there is a limited transportation to the city and drivers tend to exploit foreigners. In addition, the laundry service of the resort is very expensive and there are no pressing irons or ironing boards in the rooms.

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view. The food is excellent in all of its restaurants.

We was really disappointed that there was no Spa and Wellness in the hotel how it shows on the pictures! The biggest reason why we booked this hotel was the Spa but notting from that, of you don't have Spa it would be fair enough to remove the pictures from the site , The staff were very helpful and friendly, Food was always good and fresh .

Provides a good facility and thermal features for a very affordable price. Meals are ok, tea time etc extras for free, rooms are good, has old but working furnitures. I was in İzmir for work and urgently needed a stable, high-speed internet connection for a video conference. The hotel I initially stayed at offered only around 4 Mbps, and the connection was frustratingly unstable. I even checked the Marriott nearby, which had slightly better speeds at 10–12 Mbps, but still not ideal for video calls. Then I tested the Wi-Fi at Mövenpick—and was genuinely impressed...

Another nice stay at this hotel. It is not the cheapest but provides a good service and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The showers are particularly nice and powerful. They are doing some renovation at the moment but still all good. The bar is a bit small but we still managed. Prices are a bit high but no different to other hotels. Recommended

The hotel is overcrowded every day with day-trippers, very noisy in the hallways every evening, and departures start shortly after 6 a.m. with busloads of people on day trips. It's impossible to relax and enjoy a few days' vacation. The rooms are old and in dire need of renovation. We even left a day early because there was simply no hot water.

I arrived early on an overnight bus, but I was able to check in at 10am, which I was very grateful for. The spa facilities were also excellent, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. They also arranged for a shuttle bus to the airport, which was very helpful.

The hot springs are fantastic, especially the mud bath where there's a thick layer of mud at the bottom. There are both outdoor and indoor hot springs; the outdoor area even has two levels, plus there's an indoor hot spring and a swimming pool.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, the staff tries and smiles, the hot springs are just TOP. Everything is delicious, the food is good. I especially recommend visiting the SPA after the hot springs: many thanks for the excellent massages to the specialist Wegt, she really knows her business!

Don't go here if you want safe, decent,sailing equipment. We saw a catamaran dismasted due to lack of maintenance, narrowly missing the crew. The boats are all knackered and need replacing. Comments to the staff are met with a derisory ' I'll look at that', which is exactly what they do and sweet FA! . And don't bother writing to the CEO Mark Chitty, he does not respond .
