Hotel seems old and outdated In my case, the air-conditioner and refrigerators was not working and I had to change the rooms which are too much inside and with long lobby the lights in the room and passages were also inadequate. This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.

In terms of food, few options for so many people, which resulted in long lines. Food tasted average. All kinds of reservations for nice places in the restaurant, which meant you were in the lesser places. I don't think it's right that in an all-in hotel they make exceptions for certain visitors.

Even though it was a double room, it didn't automatically accommodate two guests. All accompanying guests' names must be registered. Otherwise, an additional charge of €100 per person per night will be applied at check-in. Parking was quite convenient as the hotel has its own private parking lot.

The room was quite clean. It wasn't particularly hot at the end of May, and although there was only a light sheet on the bed, I expected to be cold. However, to my surprise, I had an incredibly comfortable night's sleep. Overall, my friends and I all agreed it was excellent.
