However, the corridors were quite cold, and the breakfast area was especially cold — honestly, uncomfortably so. It was not pleasant at all, and I ended up going to a café across the street instead.
Even the lobby felt almost as cold as being outside. With better heating, the experience would have been much better overall.
The room itself was dirty, full of dust, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the bathroom had no ventilation. I tried to turn on the reading light and it fell off, the other reading light did not work either, and the light of the make up mirror was faulty.
This place felt unsafe, unhygienic, and completely mismanaged. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. I tried to send them an email about those things and they never replied.
I must name Receptionist Gokhan Vardarlı, he is a team on his own!!!! And Food Supervisor Resul Aslan along with Mehmet Aldemir. They bent backwards to help us. I really appreciate!
