This is the most noisiest hotel in the area, not recommended at all, you will not rest there cause the management feels that they have the right to wake you up on music every morning at 10 and someone with very bad voice singing, shooting on the mic, the same thing at night, they keep the music high they even disturb all the neighborhood and the same person with the bad voice talk and shoot on the mic and sing till 12 midnight, they think that they are a nightclub not hotel, so rating is 00 and not recommended at all

Cleanliness are poor. It’s disappointing to see Türkish hotelier offer such poor property to their clients. They will never learn how to run a hotel. If they do they can easily double their profits. Sad, sad, sad. 😌

Would not stay again.
Got a room with two beds, but quality was poor, but clean so we could rest which was the only good thing about the property. And the host was nice.
The bathroom was a wet room, which is fine, but the shower handle was broken, so literally no place to keep the shower head. The sink shelf was so slanted that it was useless and we had no place to keep a toothbrush, toothpaste, or any other toiletries. There was no place to even keep the soap without it sliding and falling off. The hooks in the bathroom were also useless, so there was no place to hang the towel after taking a shower.
For the price, I have stayed in much better places. If this is your budget and nothing else in Marmaris can fit, go to Fethiye and fine a similar or more relaxed environment for better accommodations in the same budget range.

Asla tavsiye etmiyorum
Sutudyo oda aldım std odadan daha fazla ücret ödedim.Fotograftakiyle hiç alakasi yoktu. Yatağın biri yer yatağı gibiydi. Yastık desen rezalet parça parca bölünmüş. Klimanın dış cephe ünitesi çok gürültülü. Banyoya ucken perde koymuşlar klozet duşun içersinde duş alma imkanınız yok. Lavabo o kadar küçük ki elinizi yikayaniyorsunuz su üzerinize akiyor. Havlular o kadar eski kül grisi olmuş duş alamadık. Ve hiç bişey kullanamadık.Biz son dakika aldığımız için fotoğrafa aldandık. Bir şişe su dahi yoktu.Terlikte yoktu. Aynı fiyata çok çok iyi oteller var. Yatak örtüleri değişmemiş önceki kalan kisilerin teri kokuyordu ve killar vardi.Hic bu kadar kötü bir otel görmemiştim.Asla paranızı çöpe atmayın.Sabah erken çıktık.Paranızla rezil olduğunuz bir otel.

Dirty sheets. Not as advertised. Pictures used not from the property. Horrible mattress on beds. The guy at reception was not friendly, he was making sure i am staying for only 1 night because the next night the rates will change. Bad lighs in hallways at night, i almost fell. Water from the pool is through tile entrance, almost slipped. All in all i would never stay there.

Location not far from Old Town.
A very basic hotel but clean. The bathroom plumbing needs attention. Location was good, not too far to walk to the bus station or the Old Town.
I was annoyed that they only accepted cash as a payment when it specifically said on the website that credit cards are accepted.
