Atlantis Apartments in Marmaris

Location was fantastic not to far to the beach front. Atmosphere dull as there wasn't anyone sitting by the bar always quite. An staff just leave you alone to do your own thing. They don't speak to you unless you speak to them. Rooms basic and very unclean big ball hair in shower, rubbish, socks an boxers under the bed chairs were broken, holes in sofa, covers and towels dirty, sockets falling off wall, rooms were never cleaned had to ask for towels an bedding, says hairdryer in room wasn't. Aircon was smashed so couldn't use, holes in bedding stitched up, kick marks on doors and walls. We couldn't use pool very unclean with algae in pool an on the stairs of the pool. We had heavy rain they didn't even dry walk way after rain had stopped so very slippy. Definitely not worth the money. Will never be back

Worst hotel I have ever sat my foot in. Dirty as hell. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Food left in sink, no toilet paper etc. And staff was just plain uninterested. Checked out same day even if I lost all the money. Staff didn’t even bother to ask if they could do anything for us, basically just answered “do as you want”.

After many years of staying at this place I’m now making a message to anyone who can even conceder staying here. Firstly if you do make sure you check and pay you bill daily second the receptionist Charlotte likes young boys and my last point tyfune all he’s interested in is taking your money 💰 as specialy when he’s pissed but it’s another person gets pissed well that’s not allowed unless it’s in his click all so that wife who buy the way we pay for her lifestyle can not even crack a smile Ho and the food witch I was billed for is absolutely disgusting 🤢 I will never stay there again after well 12 years until he took over yes Tufne it was expensive and all they do is rip people off Stay well clear

Very disappointed in having to write this review. Last year i had room and a great time which is why i decided to return this year, now wish I hadn't bothered and booked elsewhere, for starters do not take rm 211, you couldn't swing a cat in it, had cracked floor tile, cracked window above patio door,kitchen area was dirty and so was inside the fridge, the bathroom had a broken cistern, a bit of wood to separate the shower area with a ripped shower curtain so when having a shower it ended up like a swimming pool and i nearly slipped twice, for 4 days the room was not cleaned, bedding not changed, no fresh towels and rubbish was left piled up, got cleaned the next day and went into bathroom to find contents of an ashtray dumped into the toilet pan ( had to put a bag over my hand to get them out) DISGUSTING 😠, (I have worked in top hotels as a maid and never in my life would I do that in any guest's room), so guess who never got left a tip, beds were that hard it was so uncormfortable that i got very little sleep.. compared to last year this was a complete let down and won't stay again

Must be one of the worst hotels in marmaris.room was not very clean dirty walls and doors haven't seen paint for years..last time it was painted I think they were trying to paint the curtains, paint splashes all over them as self catering no kettle provided so had to go out and buy one so could have a coffee when first waking up.tv in the room but half of it was behind the wardrobe so if wanted to watch the news could only see half the screen.could not move the wardrobe as no where else to put it. Their is only one electrical socket in the room and one broken shaver socket in the bathroom.no light in the kitchen area so if it was dark and you wanted to make a drink you had to either put the bathroom light on or try and use the dim light on the extractor hood.was told off other guests that their is no kettle or light and TV Is hidden as electricity is expensive and they don't want you using it .all their was in the room was two single beds ,one wardrobe a one tiny one drawer unit big enough for about four pairs of socks.a small square table with two steel chairs and nothing on the balcony.you couldn't take the table onto the balcony as it wouldn't go through the door.balcony was dangerous anyway as lots of broken floor tiles with sharp edges.another thing to look out for was the bedding had lots of stains. They tell you not to take food from your room around the pool area but people with children had to as the restaurant was closed and had been for some time .some of the hotel staff were ok but the rest just sat around all day with their families most days guests couldn't get a seat in the bar area for all the staff lying around.have got to say the maid was a lovely lady nothing to much trouble for her . found out on the last day that this hotel lets out the rooms to students in the winter months so maybe that's why the rooms are so dated and dirty.booked this through love holidays and i think they need to send one of their reps to go and check the place out if they are going to put this on the website in future.avoid the place if possible there is lots of excellent hotels in marmaris for the same price or cheaper

I am not fussy at all but this place is something unreal! Our apartment was so dirty, stains on sheets, floors dirty, all sorts of hair in the bathroom, sand still on the shower floor. Cupboards, where do I start, looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time, so we didn't dare to use any cutlery or dishes. The sofa beds in the living room are rock hard and so uncomfortable that back pain is guaranteed after 1 night! The only positive thing I can say is that the beds in the bedroom are ok to sleep on, so if only 2 people are staying it's not as bad but if you need to sleep on sofa beds, you will have back pain every morning. We were told to leave the key at reception if we want our room to be cleaned, it didn't happen. We complained about it and then it was cleaned. The cleaning lady is lovely though. It offers self catering accommodation but there is not even a kettle available. There was 1 pot and 1 pan available but both were so large in size that it would be impossible to cook on 2 ring stove which is there. I would never go back and would recommend to stay away. You hear everything what is happening in corridors, other rooms, if you don't have ear plugs, it's hard to sleep. Please think twice before booking this place
