Everything was good, just how it was said in all the reviews that I read before we arrived, the staff are good and helpful, the rooms can do with a update, the Food is good, can do with a second bar inside would be good,,,

Location was excellent. Nice quiet end of the beach front, yet close enough to walk into the nightlife. Atmosphere was a nice chilled vibe, staff were excellent and friendly. There was always availability for a sunbed (no getting up at 6am to reserve beds) or you could get a bed on the beach, beds were super comfy. As it a smallish hotel, you got to know people around the pool. Rooms were excellent with towels and bed linen changed daily. Air conditioning was good, though sometimes too cold, but you could change that easily enough on the display on the wall. The food was excellent, always something available A good varied choice. Good choice of drinks throught the day and evening, though no malibu on the all inclusive, Would be nice to include that. You can buy it though. Staff were friendly enough, Thomas was excellent (one of the managers) Some of the staff had limited English but they seemed to understand what you wanted. Great value for money. Had entertainment on most evenings, stayed around the hotel most night as the atmosphere was great. Booked again to go back 2026.

Hi we went here for a week in October the hotel and pool bar area are lovely. Right by pritvate beach even thou locals came on there. The rooms are a bit dated now. Food was very poor breakfast wasn't very good same thing ever day. Wasn't very good for vegetarians.food wasn't labelled very well. Only have certain drinks on all inclusive have to pay for a lot of them. Most of staff were friendly apart from couple of them were rude. Even tho it was an adult only hotel i think this was mostly for older generations here. No kettle in rooms which most hotel has which is a shame because you have to go in the lift to make yourself a drink and bring it back to your room . Was much entertainment

This hotel was rated as a 3+ star establishment by Jet2, and we reasonably expected a comfortable and safe environment to enjoy our holiday. Unfortunately, this was far from the experience we had. We arrived in the early hours and were allocated a room on the fourth floor. I usually request a lower floor due to accessibility and health reasons, particularly as both my wife and I are Deaf and experience balance issues. I cannot confirm whether the request was made at the time of booking, but regardless, we were extremely alarmed to find that the balcony balustrade in our room was dangerously low. This posed a significant health and safety risk – not just for us, but for any guest. The communication with the receptionist on our arrival was also very difficult. His communication was very brief, which limited our ability to resolve issues effectively only to say to come in the morning to see the manager. When I asked in the morning through a different receptionist to move to a lower floor due to the dangerous balcony, I was told to come back after breakfast to speak to the manager. However, when I returned, the manager was still unavailable, and I was told no alternative rooms were available – without any indication that they would try to accommodate us when one became free. The lack of concern or willingness to assist was deeply disappointing. In addition, the overall quality of the hotel itself was well below expectations. At breakfast, for example, the fruit on offer was artificial, which was misleading and unacceptable in a 3+ star rated hotel. The atmosphere was not very welcoming to say the least. Thankfully, when the Jet2 representative, Beste, arrived later that day, she was appalled by the lack of action and understanding we had experienced. After a lengthy discussion we decided to move out to a nearby Hotel. She arranged one a few minutes walk away to the Golden Rock Hotel, which was rated 4 stars but was significantly superior in every way – including safety standards. Although we had to pay an extra £600 for the upgrade, it was a necessary decision to salvage our holiday. For Beste, who even accompanied us during the move, found her the most helpful of Jet2 reps we ever came across which we will always be very grateful.

Our first only hotel experience. On our late arrival, there was a sandwich and juice in the fridge in our room waiting for us which was a nice touch. The hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff very friendly and kept the rooms tidy each day. The food is plentiful, although quite samey every day. I thought they might have a Turkish night but they didn’t which was a bit disappointing. Drinks were one of the best we’ve had in our all-inclusive hotel. Five cocktails every day, although these could do with changing every now and again.. All staff were amazing and very attentive and friendly. Especially. Emre, Emrin, Husseem (Barbie 😜) and Tomas (credit to this hotel, so friendly and made us feel special). Sunbeds were lovely and comfy BUT there was the usual early morning towel put downs. If you didn’t get down by 7 am, you would struggle to get our bed by the pool. Although on the beach there was plenty of sunbeds and you wouldn’t struggle to get one there. The private beach it’s perfect and literally a stones throw away to get to. The sea is lovely and warm and perfect for snorkelling. I saw more fish here than I did when I went scuba diving. Just brilliant. Entertainment, very limited Wednesday and Saturday nights only. Wednesday night was really good with a live singer who got everyone singing. Saturdays entertainment however was dreadful, to the point, I couldn’t listen to it when we went for a walk along the promenade. If you want to think a bit different if you go right at the promenade, there’s Roxy’s where we had a fab night and then on the main high street there’s a Pop In Bar which has some good entertainment and great cocktails. We went on a couple of excursions, mud bath/Dalyon river with Turtle Beach, which was absolutely brilliant and well worth the money. We use Get your guide and they pick up right from the hotel and drop back. Although this hotel is adult only, if you’re a young couple, it is not for you. This hotel is aimed more for 50+. All in all, we had a fabulous holiday but the hotel did not live up to our expectations. For this reason, we would not return to the hotel. I want to add again how great the staff were and they work very hard. Well done to the team as they make the hotel.

Just back from another amazing 2 weeks, even better than last year 🙌 more entertainment, Wednesday night was such a laugh, everyone dancing, even the staff!!! Tomas is an absolute credit to your hotel, don't let him go!!! Elvis looked after us as always, what a lovely caring man, definitely a keeper too!!! The girl in the restaurant was amazing and very helpful 🩷 keep her too!!! Beds around the pool were much more comfortable and pool immaculate. Restaurant was immaculate and food very nice and fresh, omelette lady always very polite and helpful 😀 the housekeeping staff are brilliant and nothing is a bother for them, rooms are kept immaculate. All in all we loved every minute and are booking for next year already!!!!

My partner and i have not long since just returned from a 2 week stay here and what an amazing hotel this is. First of all a big thank you to some of the staff for making it so enjoyable, Tahir, Adnan, Emre and Thomas. You were all so friendly and helpful, you made our holiday one to remember. The entertainment was good and chilled, if you wanted something lively there are many places close by for this. (try Infinity bar or Roxy) The hotel was spotlessly clean, our room was serviced every day if we wanted with fresh towels and water. the air-con was a saving grace as it stays on whilst your away from your room so lovely and cool when you return. The beds were very comfy. There was always plenty of fresh food, we never struggled to find anything, all well presented and hot. My partner loved the mash potato (highlight of her holiday lol) The location is perfect and right on the beach with it's own private section. So we were that impressed when we arrived home we booked again next year. Looking forward to another great holiday.

We stayed here last week. We had a great holiday and I would 100% recommend this location but I wouldn't return to this hotel. I felt the hotel should be 3 star not 4. The view is amazing and the staff ( well most of them ) are great. The rooms need updating and the beds are really uncomfortable, the air conditioning in the rooms is really poor . The food is very much the same and not the best so ended up eating out some days . We had a great holiday and yes I would return but not to this hotel.

This has been our best holiday for many a year. The staff are amazing and so friendly and go the extra mile to keep your drinks topped up. Food was excellent with plenty of choice and the daily cooked fresh pizzas where fab. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach with no battles for beds. Mainly English, Dutch and Polish guests which was a bonus. Plenty of live entertainment on. Rooms cleaned to an excellent standard with fresh towels daily. The whole hotel was kept very clean. Great location. Plenty of choice on the drinks front with Effes Lager on draught, cocktails, usual local spirits and a lovely 13.5% red wine. will we return most definitely yes as we have booked for another 14 nights next year :)

Found great goat’s milk homemade ice cream being sold near here. Fresh, small-batch, artisan ice cream made with local honey (not too sweet though). Friendly owner - good, honest, and hospitable person. Only 1 euro per scoop, by the way! I would highly recommend. They also sell jars of local honey.

This place was our home for 1 month. It doesn't feel like you are in the hotel. It is rather like you visit your relatives. Everything was friendly and wonderful. Very grean yard, nice beach you see in front of your villa, traditional turkish breakfast. I wish I come back at Beach Wood Villas next year.
