We have come when the season is at a close. The hotel itself has everything you need. Rooms are clean and got all the basic essentials, tv, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Cleaner has the quickest and efficient service going. Highly recommend getting a room with sea/pool view. Hotel has its own beach area with sunbeds. Only downsides I would say is walls are quite thin and unfortunately can hear literally everything going on, down to when they flush the toilet. WiFi is very slow and drops consistently, even when in lobby. Food is a hit and miss scenario, but when it's good it's good. The blankets given to sleep, are quite thin so when the temp drops its quite chilly at night. Staff are lovely and very friendly. You are a 50minute walk from the main area of marmaris, plenty to see and do. Most things were shut down when we arrived, which is to be expected when coming at the end of season. Overall lovely stay very peaceful.
Cheerful hotel with fantastic views of Marmaris bay right by the beach (literally the beach is over a footpath and you're there, as seen from the photos!). Went in the second week of November, the final week before it closed for the season. Food was above-average to good for Turkey, but odds are you'll be eating out anyway.
Hotel staff were very good, and genuinely seemed to be having a good time. Very clean. Pool was large, and water still grand to swim in.
Rooms are a large size but sparsely furnished, with a fridge and a large balcony. No kettle in room but coffees and hot water available from machines all over the place. Bathrooms were great, fantastic high pressure shower from both a sunflower head and regular shower head, and plenty of hot water.
Improvements could be:
Beer should be served in a 500ml or pint glass
Kettle in room, especially if catering to British tourists. (We're weird, I know.)

Beautiful location, wonderful staff and very chilled vibes - a great opportunity to meet people from across the world. The perfect place to take a book, unwind and work on your tan - and really close to lots of lively bars and shows if you want something more upbeat on a night. Would return in a minute!
We spent our honeymoon at Tropical Beach Hotel in the end of May, 2022. We liked the hotel so much! Here are some of the advantages we loved:

- clean rooms, painted in bright colors and modern furniture;
- stunning sea view from the balcony (for the rooms with sea view);
- nice pool and beach - perfect places for relaxing and enjoying the sunshines;

I cannot fault the staff, location and service in this hotel. The only negative thing i can say its the selection of drinks or the lack of selection, most of the premium drinks were chargable. I highly recommend this Hotel for the sea front and private beach, overall a great location as not in the middle of a noisy centre town.
Very noisy rooms as we could hear everything from our neighbours through a door between these two hotelrooms. There was coughing all day and night. Although we asked for a non smoking room, they gave us a smoking room in an awfull alley of the hotel. Wifi signal is minimal and most people seem to be 80 or older.
I’ve been there for a week and… honestly... completely not satisfied. My personal advice – Marmaris has plenty of very similar hotels with comparable price on the seaside and the beach is shared among all of them. So... book any other hotel, but not this one:
1. Check-in was… hm… “interesting”: when I arrived they told that despite the fact I booked the room, the hotel is overflowed and they will give me another (ok.. ok.. better) room for a one day and next day I must move to another one. IT could be ok, but why I need to pack/unpack my baggage every day? I came to relax for a week and do not want to think about such things at all…
2. VERY NOISY: The hotel itself is located near the noisiest and (most) LOUD place on the whole Marmaris beach. And most of rooms with sea view have windows right on front of that place. What does it mean? It means that you NEVER will be able to go to sleep before midnight. I said NEVER – it’s just impossible even with closed windows, such a loud sound. So, DO NOT buy simple double room with sea view. I’ve asked to switch the room twice (to the one with pool view), one time they said – come next day at evening, and... next day they said no more room is available so... try next day once again, but at 9AM. I had excursion next day at morning and… just did not want to move my things once again… so... gave up.
3. Rooms has very low sound proof. In all rooms, I lived in (“family sea view” and “double sea view” rooms) I can easily hear when my neighbors took shower, talked, went across corridor, and did other things in toilet. All such things definitely don’t fit the price.
The one good thing that I loved is their cuisine – very very good. I left few liras every day to their chefs in the tip-box, hope it came to them.
