Highly praised for its beautiful sea views and natural pine forest surroundings. Staff friendliness and attentiveness, especially notable were entertainment staff like Debbie and pool bar service including bartender Enes. Rooms are cleaned daily and many guests appreciated the comfort of sea view rooms and bungalows with direct garden access. Food quality was generally well received, with fresh grilled fish served regularly and a variety of options for all-inclusive guests. Facilities such as the private beach platform with non-sandy access to the sea, free sauna, Turkish bath, gym, and tennis courts were popular. Entertainment team provided daily activities, and the spa offered reasonably priced massages and Turkish baths. Wi-Fi coverage and speed are poor, mainly limited to the main building. Some guests found the spa and indoor pool area dated and underwhelming. The hotel lacks variety in drinks at bars outside the pool bar; some drinks and snacks are paid extras despite being all-inclusive. Sunbeds by pool and beach are often reserved early with towels despite stated policies, causing frustration. Guests noted the hotel is primarily frequented by Russian-speaking visitors and many staff speak limited English. Entertainment was described as minimal or amateur by some guests, with little appeal for children and adults alike. Certain rooms have basic furnishings without tea/coffee facilities, and some reported maintenance issues like leaking showers and doors.

A wonderful hotel. Despite its terraced layout, accessibility is excellent. Ramps and elevators are everywhere. It's not very crowded right now. The cuisine may not be very varied, but everything is delicious. The staff is very friendly and polite. Some speak Russian. Due to the pandemic, there's no buffet as such; cooks are stationed at the counter. But I think this is more of a plus than a minus. They always serve you exactly what you ask for. At least there are no crowds, and food isn't messed up or rummaged through, as is often the case with buffets. I was pleased with the beach—no sand, very convenient for getting out of the water. It's clean and tidy, with showers, changing cabins, and a decent restroom. Again, due to the pandemic, there weren't any fancy entertainment options, but that's a matter of personal preference. There's a very good a la carte fish restaurant; we visited and enjoyed it. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

We vacationed with our family at the end of Maya. We loved the hotel for its natural beauty; it was simply stunning. It's located at the foot of the mountain, in a pine grove. Our room was a sea view in a separate villa (or bungalow, as they're also called), meaning you can easily access it from the grounds. Even squirrels were jumping outside the window—it was so cool! And the air was great! The food was good; we had everything we needed: delicious fish and meat, a daily grill, constant snacks, and decent alcohol. The sea was stunning, and the pier was the shallowest and most comfortable spot for kids! The hammam is free for half an hour every day, and there's also a spa. The room is cleaned daily, with 1.5 liters of water per person. The bathroom comes with soap and shower caps, but no other toiletries. We booked excursions based on recommendations via WhatsApp, without even going to the office, but you can go directly, find out, chat, and get a Russian-speaking guide (much cheaper than a hotel guide)!

We stayed in May 2021 and loved everything. A double room for 6 nights cost around €700, with additional expenses (excursions, etc.) adding another €300. The room was cleaned daily, with towels and linens changed. We stayed in a standard room with a sea view in the main building, on the 3rd floor (attic), even though we'd booked a standard room with a land view (no extra charge). The alcohol selection is quite decent: light dry wines (white, red, and rosé) and beer are available in the restaurant and at the bar practically all day. The bars are open until 1:00 AM. The hotel has fairly fast free Wi-Fi, but the reception in our room was very poor. Cons: there were no entertainers at all (for both children and adults), the playground was very small (but there was a children's pool), and the "disco" (for those who like to dance) was very weak. We booked excursions through local Russian-speaking agents (based on recommendations), and it was 30% cheaper than with tour operator guides. Booking directly on site (on the embankment) would be even cheaper, but there are some risks. Overall, the holiday was excellent!

Best Hotel ever. Views are magnificent. Food choices are good, if you love cakes, big choices, something for everyone. Staff are friendly, they will look after you, cakes in the afternoon. Sunbeds, you can get by they sea, even after 8am. And by the pool. I will be back again. So relaxing. Merry lots of lovely ppl

We had our first family holiday here. Our son is 7 months old.

The accommodation is nice. Could use some updating but I understand that they will be doing that over the off-season. Our shower leaked, and so did our front door when we had a storm. The cleaning staff were amazing and kept us supplied with towels etc so that the floors will always clean. We had air conditioning that worked which was nice. It shut off during the night but we still had the fan which was good. The room was kept clean and the cleaning staff made our beds and empty the bins everyday. They were lovely to be honest. I can't fault them at all.

The resort is pleasant. The pool has amazing views and kept clean. The pool bar was fully stocked and always had lots of drinks and staff to serve you.

The restaurant was buffet style and the food was nice. There was something for everybody which was lovely. The wait staff were amazing and so friendly. They have high chairs for children. The staff were incredibly friendly to our son and loved to make him laugh. He had an amazing time purely because of them. His favourite has to have been Abdurrahim. He was always attentive to our son and us. He always had a smile on his face and was able to make our son giggle every time. He would bring him extra fruit to keep him happy. We hope see him next year so we can show him how much our son has grown over the year.

In addition to the pool, there is decking next to the sea. I think this was my favorite part. The views were amazing and they had steps that went straight into the sea. You didn't have to worry about sand because you went straight from the decking to the water. I absolutely loved this as I hate sand! There were plenty of sunbeds and lots of shady and very sunny areas depending on where you sat. We went from the 5th to the 15th of October so we were slightly outside of season. For us there were plenty of sun beds, but I'm not sure how it is during the season.
There's also a bar down by the sea along with table and chairs under cover so that you can enjoy drinks and snacks down by the sea.
I loved sitting down with a nice cold drink, watching the fish in the very clear sea. We even saw a barracuda which was amazing.

There was an on-site spa which was very clean and reasonably priced. I recommend their Turkish bath. It is very invigorating and a great start and finish to the holiday.

We didn't use the entertainment much as we like to walk around and use the facilities outside of the resort a lot.

In conclusion, we will probably be back next year. The staff are hands down the shining beacon of this result. The resort itself is lovely but could use some updating.

Overall our 11 night stay was relaxing and what we planned for. Marmaris Park is a not high energy hotel, quite dated looking compared to others in the area (but we were aware of that from photos before booking) but room 339 was a decent size with small balcony view overlooking the sea and islands. Watching the sunrise was quite breathtaking! Our room was cleaned daily to a high level, by our lovely, helpful and very hard working, young room lady. Thank you! Akin was very attentive to us throughout our entire stay at the beautiful outside dining area, always finding us somewhere to sit, drinks served immediately and replenshised and table cleared. Akin's practive but calm and warm attitude really is a great credit to Marmaris Park's waiting staff. Thank you so very much for your hospitality Akin! Debbie, Entertainment Manager also deserves a mention along with Simbad. Both great, carzy ;) but warm characters who always manage to rouse up people to get involved with the pool area games, which is always a nice way to meet other guests. Comparing Marmaris Park to other 'all inclusive' hotels we've visited, there is a lack of the following (in our opinion) that you'd expect normally: Room Safe - if you want to use this facility (well who doesn't) then you pay for a safe key Beach / Pier bar - only alcohol served there is beer, no waiter service available on the pier and only all inclusive snack available - Pizza Poolside Bar - many spirits/cocktails you pay for as very 'limited' drinks on their all inclusive list Spa and indoor pool - probably most disappointed by this area as it's very, very dated and basic - did not inspire us to go and spend money having a treatment there :( Mini Bar - water only, don't expect stock of any soft drinks or beers As stated before, overall we really did have a lovely relaxing holiday and buffet food was plentiful, varied and always prepared to a high standard. We are just not 100% sure that we'd pick Marmaris Park above other hotels we've visited before, to spend 11 days at but only due to the all inclusive restrictions and the very dated spa! Everything else was great and you will have a lovely holiday time here. Thank you all at Marmaris Park 😀
