Small modest hotel in the centre of the village of Alisplay, near the entertainment centers. Recommended for youth recreation.
Built: 1999
Renovated: 2011
Location: 50 km from Dalaman airport, 5 km from the town of Fethiye, in the centre of the village, Calispera, on the coast.
Consists of one 3-storey building (35% of rooms with sea view).
Total area: 2500 m2.
The hotel has 50 rooms.

Great location right onto the beach.
The beds are very comfortable.
I didn't like that it was a smoking hotel and even the staff smoked inside, especially at the reception. Not a pleasant smell.
The room was dated but clean.
The windows and balcony door need replacing. Gaps and the noise from the road is very loud. But you can upgrade for a better sleep for £14pn... the breakfast very poor didnt bother having it on day 2.
Safety an issue. Smoke alarms capped with dust covers so people can smoke otherwise why else the need to cover.
All in all we paid cheap we got cheap 😃

Subpar hotel at prime location. The area is quite nice and lively but there was no wifi in the rooms and no safety for things if went missing even from the rooms .The plus side is it's cheap and the staffs are very friendly .

Light bulbs were replaced when asked.
Gentlemen on reception was very helpful & friendly.
Pay extra for safe deposit box £1 per day..
Air con free.
Great location on the sea front.
Pool is a great size, but pool area needs work, uneven & broken tiles, with rugs down that were very wet & slippy....green & slimey.
Breakfast was very basic and tables not cleaned between guests.
Good value for a basic hotel.

The room is very small. Every room has a balcony, but it's small too, you can only fit one chair and that's it.
AC is alright.
It also has a TV from the 00's without a remote control so just a hanging box.
This place has breakfast but very poor food and no variety. Best you can do is boiled egg and Nutella with toasted bread.

One among the best boutique hotels on the Çalış Beach coastline, Fethiye. Clean rooms (the ones in the very front a bit too small), a completely redesigned, highly professional (and equally priced, at least for ₺ earners) Italian restaurant & bar, great pool area, instant access to the warm waters of the Mediterranean & overall customer-friendly staff. There's still room for improvement such as the addition of digital color TV's and hot water to every room but the pros should outweigh the minimal cons in the end. You probably won't regret the time you'll have spent at this tiny, cozy hotel and the colorful Çalış coastline. Have a nice vacation!

stayed here in Sept last year, absolutely loved it it here, staff, hotel, pool and location are brilliant, cannot wait till this Saturday when we are back here

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the 9 year I have been coming to Turkey. The staff for the most part are very nice and the pool lovely. The beds, towels, worn out and all frayed. The shower heads have never been cleaned and bathroom in very poor condition. Garden overgrown. Over 50% of sun beds broken. All furniture in the reception area is the same as when it opened 1999. Air con is next to no use and so noisy. The carpet in tv room is so thread bear someone has drawn the patten on it! I am so glad we only booked b&b otherwise I'd be looking for someone's head. Come here at you peril.

Not very special. The room are outdated, but you are there only to sleep. Nice swimming pool and when you cross the boulevard you are on the beach. Many restaurants and bars nearby.
