Very nice and extremely friendly welcome, very pleasant stay, thank you.
Also, one of the older female staff members seemed a bit unfriendly, which made us feel slightly unwelcome. She was quite strict about parking rules and asked for the room key every time we went out
The hotel is very perfect and the staff is very helpful. I liked it very much.
The room didn’t have an electric kettle, and there was no in-room service — we had to go to the front desk to ask for things like toilet paper
The hotel was very clean, and the location was good. That said, there were some issues that made the stay less relaxing
It felt a bit stressful, and I had hoped for a more comfortable and guest-friendly atmosphere
