Environment: The hotel is right next to Pamukkale, within walking distance of the central gate. There are many restaurants around, and the hotel itself has a restaurant

The location of this hotel is the best! If you book the balcony with the panoramic view, you will see the Travestinesright from your room. We woke up at 6:30 to see the balloons flying over and it was spectacular

Service: The staff were very welcoming and chatted with us happily. They even played ping-pong with us, haha! The paragliding they recommended was really fun; you can see the ancient ruins and Pamukkale from the hillside

The owner and the staff went on their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are small so pack light, the breakfast has a lot of homemade jams and olives, so it was tasty along with some eggs and other choices

Location was great but there really isn't a bad location in town

Happy with our stay We stayed 3 nights. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay

There is air conditioning, 82 inch LCD TV, refrigerator, wifi that can be taken from anywhere, and a pool in the bathroom that two people can easily enter

We tried the thermal pool - the water looks a little dirty but the temperature is very warm

Hi everybody,first of all, we are 100 %delighted and satisfied not only with the service but also with the sincerity of the staff, including managers,,, espeacially when the manager used his car for our urgent work: really made us happy

Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet which is excellent

The room and balcony were clean. We do not smoke and the room we were given smelled great

Perfect location to access pamukkale, in 5 min you are at the bottom gate and in 15 you are at the lower travertine, which honestly is better than higher since there are far less people (tours enter on north gate side)

Good location, clean and good value with what you pay. Walking distance to Pamukkale Terrace and the Ancient city. I did not take a picture of the room because it was just rainning when we get there

Really nice pool and hot water in bathrooms. The owner does not want you eating in the rooms which was fine by me. It is a walk of 100m to the main Street/entrance

We booked through booking and paid 27€ the night. If you want the breakfast you’ll have to pay 6€ more. The owner is nice, speaks English and gave us good advices. You also can enjoy the swimming pool

The owner of the hotel is incredibly kind and friendly. We were given complimentary Turkish tea on arrival and coffee in the morning. The rooms were well cleaned and beds were comfortable

This place is a 10 minute walk from one of the entrances to the terrace. The room was clean. They have a nice pool which we enjoyed very much. The owners of the property are very helpful.

While we waited they kept our bags and let us use the facilities and swimming pool

We really enjoyed our stay at Melrose House. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a welcoming, relaxed vibe. Our room was quite spacious and clean, which we appreciated after a long travel day

Excellent place to stay on the quieter outskirts of Pamukkale - still close enough to walk in and out of the village (15 minutes) but secluded, the only noise being the call of the muezzin

We were offered useful tips on how to visit Hieropolis and Pammukale which really helped as it was a quick visit. The location is very good and only a ten minute walk to the sites

The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities - hairdryer, slippers, soap, small terrace. Even the resident dog, Bibab, is friendly! Excellent value for money

The restaurant has good food for lunches or dinner or a pool-side snack that are delicious and moderately priced. While the hotel is a little dated, it is very much like every other European hotel I have stayed at

The hotel is in a great location and also has a large swimming pool. The room was ok although the beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was leaking and dripping during the first night

The manager came to look straight away and gave us some extra towels and it was rectified the following day. Breakfast was good - typical Turkish breakfast and was varied

We walked all the way up, explored the ruins, then hiked back down. No need for public transport! Provided us with a ride to the train station in the morning at a better cost than a taxi would have been

One of the more popular hotels near Pamukkale. Rooms are pretty spacious and comes with a balcony. Has a pool but not heated, they allow you to swim in winter as you please though

The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Even the resident dog is very hospitable! The room is super clean and you could tell they have put effort in designing the layout of the rooms

There were lots of cats around the property, which was a lovely and cute touch. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Pamukkale South Gate entrance, which was very convenient

Shower great apart from a VERY slippery floor. Huge breakfast buffet selection. Including lots of vegetable and salad items. Really handy for the Pamukkale travertines

Dinner and lunch soups are good. However, the breakfast is below average. Cheese bread olives tomatoes cucumber tea watermelon. Don't expect anything special or hot. Thermal pools are very old and neglected

You can't find tea and water at any other time, they don't serve it. There is an old aunt who warns that the children are making noise in the pool

There are 1 double and 2 single beds in the room. The hotel is a very old hotel. It is in a side street at the entrance of karahayıt in a partially quiet and calm place. Only the bathrooms are newly renovated

Most Clean Hotel we came across in turkye so far! Very welcoming and comfortable rooms. You got good breakfast and a pool. The view is also incredibly and it's a short walking distance to the white salt hills

The location is very good, very close to Pamukkale. You can see the towering and spectacular Pamukkale coming towards you through an alley. It is also very close to the west gate of Pamukkale Nature Park

We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious

Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base

Amazing price and location. Beautiful place with grape vines and a pool. Delicious free breakfast. But they really need to update their bathrooms, no door or curtains separating it from toilet so everything gets wet.

We stayed there for our visit to Pamukkale. When we arrived it wasn't available but the owner gave us 2 rooms for the same price. The pool is beautiful and the breakfast was good. The hotel has its own parking

For the price and location, this was a good spot. Simple room with little courtyard facing balcony. We weren't around to enjoy the lovely pool or courtyard due to a short visit. Easy walk into the travertine

What it lacks in facilities it definitely made up with the hospitality! The staff is really what sets the place apart. Very warm, friendly and welcoming. Always ready for a chat and helping out where they can

They were also very willing to share info about places to go, things to do and all. Location wise good as there are nearby eateries and shops nearby for things you need. All within a short walking distance

A very good choice if you plan to visit the Travertines at Pamukkale and Hieropolis! And also very close to the bus stop connecting Pamukkale with Denizli! My family loved our stay here!

The location, room size, and cleanliness were all excellent. I was especially impressed by how friendly the staff were. I would especially recommend this hotel for those who are worried about language skills

When you turn on the faucet, 60-degree hot spring water gushes out, filling it up quickly. The other facilities and service are impeccable. The owner, Osman, and (probably) his sister are charming, yet attentive

Each room also has a hot spring, which is a must-see for Japanese people. You'll also be amazed by the taste and quantity of the breakfast. I think it would be a shame to just visit this place as a day trip

I recommend Karahayit even compared to Pamukkale Village. If you're thinking of staying in Karahayit, I highly recommend this hotel. I hope this comment will be helpful to others

We had very pleasant stay at Mucize Thermal Spa and found it excellent in services, facilities and location.

This guy will bend over backwards for his guests. If you only have a short stay in Pamukkale and don't want to pay through the nose this place is perfect. It has a nice pool and is very close to the main attraction

It is a nice hotel on a quiet road. Rooms were clean with air conditioning. A nice breakfast of eggs, Olives and bread. The host was nice and accommodating.

Very friendly staff, food is not bad but I’ve eaten much worse in the “better” hotels, thermal and regular pool are cleaned daily and are in a good condition

Rooms are clean, beds are super comfy, bathrooms also have bathtubs with a tap that’s connected to a thermal spring so there’s an option to have a thermal bath

We went there for a Turkish bath and a massage. Worth going as both Sevki and Durdane were really professional and gave us a good massage. Arzu, he receptionist, was really friendly and sorted it out for us.

It's been great, 50tl a night, close to the bottom of the travertines lovely shady grassy parking, use of hotel swimming pool and hot water in the shower! The location is incorrect on google maps, it's actually at the location of dolphin otel on google maps not dolphin yunus

It's not in the very center of Pammukale, but close enough to be away from the noisy areas. The pool was refreshing and clean

Also it looked there were some issues with the pool as algae was seen and the workings of pump and filter was always open and being worked on (no hazard signs around as it was quite a drop down into where the pump etc is) Breakfast was payable but we supported a local restaurant opposite which we ate at quite a Few times over 2

No clean towels every day if staying more than 1 day. wet towels take forever to dry in October even outside on the balcony! Internet WiFi was ok we managed to watch a film using WiFi on laptop

Shower door leaked alot of water out onto the bathroom floor which made it quite slippery, we put a towel down which got totally drenched then gave up as it was pointless trying

Swimming pool looked inviting and probably is in the summer but being beginning of November water felt cold

Planned to stay 1 night. Ended up 4 nights. Friendly atmosphere. Rooms are clean. Would go there again.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I had a love big room and could see the hot air balloons take off in the morning. Breakfast was a tasty Turkish breakfast. The only pity was that the WiFi is very bad.

The staff at Melrose Viewpoint Suites were very helpful and hospitable. They helped us booked the hot air balloon tour. The breakfast spread was delicious and free parking is available at the compound

It’s really close to the Pamukkale travertine entrance. About 5 minutes walk. And close to supermarket, restaurant, bus stop. Everything is clean, easy. Reception is great. Recommend it.

We had a beautiful stay at this pension ! The room was clean, with air conditionning and hot water in the bathroom

Breakfast is classic but good, with free tea and coffee al day long that you can enjoy on the lovely terrace with a view on the Pamukkale Cliffs ! Service and reception was perfect

Rooms and bathroom was clean with lots of towels. We were able to park our car right out front. And although we didn’t take advantage they do arrange balloon rides, paragliding and dervish shows for an extra fee
