Mövenpick Hotel & Thermal Spa

I was so disappointed since the moment I stepped into the hotel. The brand new BMW car I was driving was met by a concierge who was not sure we were staying in the hotel, I had to show him my reservation to believe it.
I went inside the hotel and the reception guy was not ready to allow us in. I was asked to make a cash deposit which cannot be done by credit card before being able to receive my room, although I argued this and they finally decided to accept the card.
Once we reached the room wr found that the room card was not programmed and we had to give it to the butler to have it replaced. The card kept doing the same thing by being not working.
Very low preparations inside the room, I couldn't even find a pen nor a paper to write down notes.
The TV was so old I couldn't connect my phone to it.
Things kept getting worse as we proceed to the breakfast which we prepaid for it and now we have to stand in a queue waiting for a chef to help us put the food in our plate while he is holding it, imagine how this can become annoying when people with low patience start putting food in their plates by themselves.
The funniest thing is that they asked me to rate them 5 star while doing the checkout.
