Rooms are perfect.
My wife loved the spa.
Kids loved the gaming zone.
From Riyadh Saudi Arabia perspective, it is value for money indeed.

Definitely will return if we swing by Bursa next time.

I spent two days at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the room cleaning service was excellent, and the breakfast was very varied and delicious. I also tried the massage and the spa section , which was a wonderful experience and a great option. I will definitely repeat the experience.😍😍

Top hotel/thermal bath combo in Bursa. Great food and services at the hotel. Great restaurant next door and many shopping/restaursnt options within a ten minutes walk. Excellent spa and thermal bath😎

The Wi-Fi is a mystery, I couldn't connect to it, but it's a good hotel in Bursa.

Breakfasts were delicious, and you can choose your own dinner. We stayed with a group of friends. There's a park nearby where you can stroll, as the hotel doesn't have its own grounds. The women's spa is always clean. It's a shame you have to go down stairs to get to the shared pool, and the ceilings are very low. Otherwise, the staff is great, the chef is excellent, and it's clean. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It features four pools in total—three indoor and one outdoor. There’s a thermal pool (38–41°C) with pressure outlets for a massage-like experience, a regular indoor pool, an indoor pool with a jacuzzi bed, and an outdoor rooftop pool—all included in the hotel price.

The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

The staff were very kind and attentive, and there’s free on-site parking available, which was very convenient.

Our whole family loved the hotel, and we highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Bursa, Turkey!
