Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

When we arrived, we were not greeted by the receptionist . I wanted the king bedroom, but they said there isn't available. So I asked if they could bring the beds close together, and they refused.
They also don't allow food from outside the hotel

Going for business in Bursa I would recommend this hotel. They have a good spa as well.

The hotel and the staff were amazing. Immediately we were greeted by staff with warm smiles even though we checked in late at 10pm. By far some of the kindest hotel staff I ever encountered. The rooms were excellent, so luxurious and warm and inviting. The mattresses weee immaculate. Of note we stayed on the 14th floor which is executive level so I’m unsure if the others would be different. When we checked out the next morning we mentioned how we had a two hour drive to Istanbul and the young man at the concierge gave us extra waters and napkins for the road. We definitely enjoyed our experience and look forward to coming back.
