From the first to last minute, it was an amazing holiday with good memories. Thanks to friendly and always ready to help staff. Foods were well above our expectations. Especially the deserts were like piece of art

There was water and tea readily available & majority spoke good English. I got to experience my first Turkish Bath w/ body scrub & foam massage (10/10 experience)

The food was fantastic and had something for everyone (I travelled with the pickiest of eaters and she still had a full plate every night) don’t let the theme nights put you off there’s always a corner with a burger and chips! Evening entertainment was great for kids and then could move onto the pool bar for music and entertainment for adults

I highly recommend anyone staying at the resort to make an appointment, money well spent! To summarize my experience staff were extremely friendly & professional, & the facilities were very well maintained

This was my first time in Turkey, so you know we had to take advantage that they offered great pricing for their services. The facilities were kept very clean (restroom, locker room, sauna & showers)

First of all I would like to thank Ayhan from Tuana Spa & Wellness. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were given a tour of the facilities and an overview of the amenities

Good for 9 or 10 year olds, but not suitable for younger children. The beach is very beautiful, long, huge beach, you can't find a single stone, even in the sea, it doesn't call your feet a stone

5 Star hotel with no free sauna, no minibar, no bottle water. Only food is good

Adult pool is the best as no screaming brats. Rooms very small in comparison to most hotels but suitable for sleeping in and getting ready. Bathrooms a bit dated, could do with modernising a bit

The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and those with sea views are the best. 😀 The rooms are clean and serviced daily. The food at this hotel is very tasty, and the chefs deserve praise

The entertainment is the best I have ever seen at an all inclusive hotel. All the staff are amazing and they go above and beyond for their guests

Not much to do around the area only a few shops in front of the hotel. The Turkish alcoate was amazing! Best Turkish food I have ever tasted

Hotel building & facilities a bit too old for 5 start hotel but with great hospitable personnel. Good for families with children. Consider you need to leave the hotel to go to the beach

Let's break it down: 1) location& territory: it was a 2 hour ride from the airport with a stop by a local cafe, the overall location is great with shops, pharmacies and a mall in a walking distance, you can get a taxi and get to wherever you want and need

Activities: my favourite became swimming on sup boards in the morning and playing beach volleyball. The animator team was truly the best, especially Stas and Vlad, they made the holiday ten times better

Restaurant team, reception, bar, cocktail making person (such an interesting and tasty cocktails!!), housekeeping, chefs - everyone - you are doing amazing job!!! You can visit old town of Side which is 20 min away by taxi

Besides that, there are a lot more activities to choose from, like yoga, aquo gym, zumba and etc. Without these activities the holiday would be boring. Either additional fees you can go horse riding or play tennis

You can order your taxi from the hotel. They take you there and pick up after. Highly recommend and the staff very friendly and professional. Plenty of different variety of food in the restaurant to choose from

Rooms are very nice and clean with mini bar full with water, juice, beer. Bathroom have all the little perks like shampoo, soap etc. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (if you choose a sea view room)

We had the most wonderful stay at Mylome Luxury Hotel and felt so well taken care of. The dining staff and cleaners were always kind and professional, but the pool staff truly made our holiday unforgettable

In particular, guy called Speedy Gonzales. He is so full of energy, always smiling, and makes everyone feel welcome and special. Speedy makes the whole atmosphere around the pool brighter and happier

Special attention to the swim up rooms, this is generally cool, the rooms are located on several floors, from which there is a view of the sea, the pools are on the balconies. I recommend booking these rooms

This is a very pleasant hotel with good food, plenty of daytime activities, and a wonderful beach with warm water. It is an excellent place to relax, and the evening shows are very enjoyable

Again I thought I would get used to it. Anyway, breakfast at the platinum hotel was plentiful and tasty with fresh omelettes and orange juice. The grounds are immaculately kept with gardeners and cleaners everywhere

The room looked dated but it was just somewhere to put your head. We went to the Irish bar for food and a drink then went to bed. Although I never really slept well due to the bed being like a brick

My family and I arrived around 2am and were greeted at reception and each given a red ai bracelet to wear. We were escorted to our room in the Mimoza building just beside the main platinum hotel

It was a fantastic hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed in. The only downside was that we didn't find our room very clean, but we mentioned that to Mr. Huseyin when he asked for our opinion

We had a great promo deal for this hotel and we really liked it. Great aqua park, very good food, staff very pleasant and solid daily and evening animations and shows. Sea was so calm it is a great thing for small kids

We are having a wonderful vacation at The Norm Oriental Hotel from May 10th to May 15st. The hotel’s child-friendly aquapark and excellent Kids Club have made our child very happy

The only problem was the sea/beach area. You can only use 1/3 of the area coz of huge rocks and altogether with waves could be pretty dangerous. There is even a sign not to enter or swim there

They provide lots of toiletries and the fridge is restocked daily. All the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. Ozzy one of the entertainment reps is friendly helpful and speaks good English

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a Forest View room to a Beach View room, which made our vacation even more special

Just spend one week in orka Lotus beach hotel and I’m very, very satisfied… Great location, lovely atmosphere,delicious food and views made a huge impression on me and my family, rooms very comfortable and clean with A/C

Some days the music was a little loud but we still loved it. We didn't use the smaller pools or the adults only one as they weren't heated. The waterslides were open every day from 10. 30 and again from 2 to 4 (approx)

The fact that you can add more, but maybe that's not a bad location especially at the main pool and at the reception (although always quite catch) and a free safe in the room. In General the 5 stars it deserves

My family and I stayed in the Orka Lotus Beach for a week beginning March 17th in a family room. Here's a little breakdown of our thoughts. Room - The room (6611) was perfect for our family of 5

Pool and Beach - We were in the main pool everyday, gorgeous pool area with spectacular views. The pool bar is lovely and although we didn't participate in the entertainment the staff were so friendly

We particularly appreciated the staff serving cocktails in the Marin Bar, the cleaner of our room Guylan who took excellent care of us, the security guard Abbas, the guest services guy Effy and so many more of the staff too numerous to mention! All the facilities - beach area, pools, bars etc fabulous

We stayed at the hotel for 10 in a basic room. Every member of staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was exceptional with a wide range of different cuisines, always beautifully presented
