Overall the experience was really good. The food is fantastic with options for everyone. Pools are nice and the bars have all the branded drinks. Entertainment for the kids everyday

The reason for the 3* is due to an extremely poor and rude check-in experience which was not a good start to our holiday. Thankfully the rest of the staff and entertainment crew were very good

I stayed in the Lagoon section which I would highly recommend paying a bit extra for. The tv only had 1 or 2 English channels and its very small. It rained a few times and we had water coming through the ceiling

We celebrated a friend's birthday at this resort with 30+ people. Plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. Food wise the buffet restaurant was the most varied and seemed to have something for everyone

We tried 2 of the dinner restaurants - but the service was very slow and the food wasn't really suitable for the kids. The entertainment in the evening was fun

Shout out to the yoga instructor who continued with a hathya yoga session despite the stormy weather and even managed to teach us a few aerial yoga moves

Famous hotel, nice location, very friendly personal, comfotly and modern rooms. Best pools, on the bar you get if you want. Complete the best place for nice holiday!!!

First impressions were good however over the course of the holiday, this slowly deteriorated. Food 3/5 - Snack bar food was much better than the evening buffet. Buffet food was usually the same food night after night

Late check out, we was advised €30 per hour however, depends who you ask as this varied deals of €80, Free of charge, so again no consistency. No clear information on what evening entertainment was on each night

Having been to All Inc plenty of times before we were used to themed nights. lots of staff but not a lot actually doing anything other than walking around

Depending where you ordered a drink, depends on how strong or weak the drink was. No consistency, it would appear that as the hotel is closing for the season, it was get what your given

Also Ziynet who also went out or our way to clean our table pour our drinks and was very pleasant. We used the lobby bar quite often the bar staff were always patient with us even though they were harassed buy some

Ice cream is available all day, which is a good thing 😅 The coffee shop areas are nicely decorated. Plenty of space, so you can relax with or without children. Thank you so much for the great stay! 🙏🏻

This place is awash we went for a vacation in Turkey and this was freaking awesome the service is nice the bedrooms are clean and free wifi and in you hotel room there are free sodas in the fridge, waterpark is amazing and the buffet, Oh MAN it was awesome free ice cream for the evening and night awesome food and there is a bar and everything is competly free

First time at this hotel, observations: 1) The hotel has been undergoing a gradual renovation since 2023: rooms, the main restaurant, some public bathrooms, the children's area + children's restaurant, and the spa complex (including the gym) are already complete and look great

And there are non alcoholic beverages too. I would recommend the sherck non alcoholic cocktail this place is just freaking awesome our tour guide said we can go to mount olypis too

The lobby, hallways, tennis courts, conference rooms (and other similar spaces), coffee shop, pastry shop, and pool bar are lagging far behind. They'll likely be updated later, but for now, that's it

Yasmin Bodrum Resort is an excellent place for families. We spent lovely time at this hotel, the staff was helpfull and kind

Our rooms where all of good proportion very big and clean, having 2 doubles and 1 family room, they were topped up with clean towels each day and water if you needed it, and stunning views over the sea

We ate at 2 of the al a cartes , the italian restaurant wasnt a good experience as we were forgotten about due to 2 big tables taking up the waiters time, not only did we wait over 20 mins for them to even take our drink order they also didnt bring out some of the appetisers that we saw the other table get and the food was just ok

The weather wasnt as good this year like previous times we have been in october and there isnt anything to do on a rainy day or windy day it has nothing around the area unless you get a taxi somewhere

The beach is lovely , not very wide and stoney but long and lots of diffetent areas to sit and good for for swimming

30am for all night snacks good for late arrivals. The coffee lounge also did cakes from like 11am to 5pm

All good Staff and food Excellent but I do think Guest Relations have to improve rooms spotless every day Entertainment excellent as per household staff first class

2nd stay here as always great food excellent quality drinks. Room cleaned daily, All the staff from getting here to leaving hard working and pleasant, they need to change the daily activities as been the same for years

Some of the evening entertainment could be better, quiz night and karaoke not good

We had Çağla, Yaşar, Aleyna and Sıtkı. Çağla has looked after us for two years in a row and is truly outstanding in doing everything she can to ensure you have the best holiday experience

Her team are excellent and they all did as much as they could to take care of us. I recall Yaşar went out of his way to try and help us locate my son’s lost iPhone

The service - price policy is perfect, the hotel is not very new but everything is clean, live music every night in three different locations, lunapark for kids every evening, pebble beach, but the water is clean, good and tasty food, very suitable for young couples with children, highly recommend!

Went to Turkey in October with my friend to armas pemar beach had a great time loads to do. Food was really nice Outside the hotel over the road you had plenty of shops to explore

The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us with any problems we had Will definitely ruturn

However, there were problems with language skills, most of the employees spoke only Turkish or Russian, few understood or spoke English, but the guest relations team was excellent in this area

They did their job professionally, the team is young, energetic, and they always gave their best, even though they had to work a lot

The entertainment team also did their job professionally, although they could have included a little variety in the dances or the music they chose to play, for example, but that was okay

The many good reviews here speak for themselves. This hotel is nothing less than exceptional. It offers all facilities of a big luxury hotel yet maintains an intimate and tranquil atmosphere

Cannot fault the staff, they were all brilliant Food options great Drink options great and don’t taste cheap! Well equipped gym and lovely sauna and spa facilities Good sized and clean rooms, mini bar restocked every day Pools are great, spend most my time at adult only which is really nice Beach is lovely A la carte restaurants great, the grill is the best that we had tried, waiter Basri was brilliant

We had good nights of sleep apart from some noise intermittently coming from delivery in the resort next door?. Another positive is the entertainment, lots of animation and activities from day to day to keep you busy

I just returned from my holiday at Liberty Fabay and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The service was absolutely top-notch – every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to making our stay memorable

Also tried the Indian restaurant and Asian restaurant which were also lovely 24/7 patisserie is great, lots of choice and coffee options were great! Honestly so glad we chose to come here

The gardens and the scenery of the sea from our room were breathtaking. There’s daily entertainment for the kids in throughout the day and evening that were enjoyable

Whenever we had a request, no one said, “You need to talk to someone else about that. ” They either handled it personally or offered an alternative solution. We left very satisfied with the team’s attitude and goodwill

Location is for peacefull and relax vacation. Atmosphere is very nice. I LOVED Starbucks coffe. Evening shows were grate. Room with new renovation, cleen.

Duja Didim was an amazing experience. I went with 2 children and it was very family friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and had all the necessary facilities you would need. The staff were all friendly and helpful

Our sea-view room was spacious and airy. The pier and pools were more than sufficient. The food — both the open buffet and à la carte options — was varied and delicious. It’s a hotel I can totally recommend

The option of foods were plentiful with many options and throughout the whole day till 2am so you can never go hungary

The rooms were of a good quality and mini bar re-stocked daily. We noted certain comments about dated decor, but actually found the interior design to be extremely clean and high quality

Would recommend upgrading to a sea view, you get a beautiful sunset and further away from the main road. A few tips: The hotel runs a free shuttle service to Alanya and Side, and we would recommend the latter

We came at the end of the season and found it to be a much quieter experience than in the height of summer - the final day, all the hotel guests were outnumbered by staff which actually was a great experience! The weather was excellent this time of year (Oct half term) and the pools and sea were plenty warm enough

So many chefs walking round and people to assist when needed. The food has been a real highlight. Worth noting as well how many bars and kiosks are dotted around for you to get drinks & snacks

The food is very good, they have themed nights like turkish food night, fish night, mexican food night so it varies and you don’t get bored. Entertainment team is great and fun, shoutout to Altan

Just got back from 10 nights here, what a fantastic holiday. Straight from the off knew we had picked well, nice rooms and great location, only a little Dolmus ride from right outside the hotel to Side Old Town

Our stay at Arcanus Sorgun exceeded expectations! Beautiful area, friendly staff, and a very comfortable atmosphere. Special thanks to Berkai — always helpful, attentive, and quick to solve any problems

Took advantage of the Mexican À la carte as well, great service and food was spot on. Reception staff always on hand to help out in case of any issue and quick to resolve

Fantastic hotel, place is spotless. The staff are first class & go out their way to serve & help you. There's a bus stop & taxi rank right outside & cheap to get to Side

Buffet is vast and impressively presented and lovelt quality food. Kids options always there, chips nuggets etc. Al la carte restaurants -allowed one per stay. Stunning rooftop location for Asian a al carte

Snacks available at most bars and some designated snack outlets all included. Bars offer wide range of great quality drinks. Baby milk available (aptamil)

Your children will be happy here because of many reasons; several aqua parks , good entertainment team and very delicious foods. (And ice cream) There are several a'la carte restaurants

Some private pools for specific rooms. (Temu do cheap inflatables) Kids water park was impressive. Slides for all ages and life guarded. Shallow water here, good for babies

On site shop has a good range of useful things and pool essentials but it’s expensive so try to bring all you need. There’s a small shop 500m outside the hotel to the right which is cheaper for gifts and inflatables etc

Pools- main pool is seawater, which was actually very clean and fine to swim in. There’s a stepped area for smaller ones. Other water areas freely available are the main waterslide /park area and kids water park

The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The layout is well-designed—no crowds anywhere. The café-pastry shop is excellent. Cons: poor housekeeping and the food has become poor. It can't be compared to previous years

Overall very good…. But a bit too loud at the main pool do to music playing constantly (but this might just be how these things go - our first time with such a setup)

I can say it’s the best weather I’ve experienced during my travels, and in a fantastic resort. Everyone is friendly and offers their services with warmth

The restaurant by the beach was good for lunch and the a la carte restaurants were good value

Nice place with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The pool and facilities are also nice. The food is okay—not bad, but not the best compared to other resorts

The selection has been significantly reduced, and many dishes are now unappetizing. Sometimes they undercook, sometimes overcook, or overcook. You definitely won't go hungry, but it's just not very welcoming

But what made my stay truly special was that I received a marriage proposal here! 💍 The hotel staff went above and beyond to organize everything — from the romantic decorations to the perfect timing and setting on the pier

I came here with my family and this were the best holidays we could have! We visited Turkey the 6th time and came back to Turquoise for the 3rd time and as always we were amazed at the service and standard

We came as a couple in our 70's and had a brilliant holiday. The hotel is a mix of nationalities and ages, which we prefer. Everything exceeded our expectations

The beds were very good to sleep in and comfortable. The animation team was good and friendly and had nice games, but they are free on sundays so then there is no entertainment just background music

All this and lovely pools set in beautiful, spacious grounds with plenty of sunbeds. You can go a la carte if you want a change, but we didn't bother. They catered for children and people who prefer plainer food as well

Hotel Turquiose was a very good and nice hotel, super friendly personnel who'd do anything for guests. The rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated maybe but still good

The cocktails were very diluted, but the beer and spirits were ok. The white wine wasn't brilliant, but the red and rose were fine. The cocktails in the lobby bar were far superior to those in the other bars

Could always find something to eat in the evenings, lots of choices. Breakfast was really good, mostly had the omelette or eggs. We were very impressed by the cocktails in the Blue Bar

Pools look spotless but we didn’t go in, as we loved the beach, not a stone in sight, sea was warm and clear. The beach restaurant was excellent, loved the bread being made

Also loved the coffee shop and cakes. The couple of shows we watched were really entertaining. A big shout out to all the staff. The waiting staff were excellent

The food is good, plenty of choice and all cooked well, the exception being breakfast, which was hit and miss, if you like eggs done a dozen different ways, or the German meats and cheeses then you will be fine, i would love to see the amazing eggy bread and poached eggs available every day and am a little unsure why they would serve things like cauliflower and brussel sprouts at breakfast time though...

We were very pleased with our room, plenty of storage for suitcases etc, also liked the bathroom setup. Beds comfortable, nice to have fridge

We stayed at the Trendy Verbena in September and were not disappointed. I book a lot of hotels based on food choice, this hotel did not disappoint. All the food choices were delicious and we always found plenty to eat

The reason I found it difficult is not due to the hotel, its because I have a nut allergy so the prospect of buffets always terrify me but I still managed to get some things that I felt safe eating so it was fine! The pool bar restaurant is open for snacks during the day which is good if you fancy some food by the beach etc

We spent most of our time by the pool, and the lovely roller bladed waiter brought us drinks constantly. THE ENTERTAINMENT The pool is beautiful, nice and deep but also has a smaller one for the kids which is good

Food was excellent with a wide variety of Turkish and international dishes. The all-inclusive drinks were very good, including cocktails, beer, alcohol, and coffee. Overall, a good hotel with great facilities and food

The hotel itself has great amenities: a big central pool, a heated indoor pool, spa lounge, a cozy lobby with evening programs, and several souvenir shops. The location is convenient about 30 minutes from the city center

We come every year one day to celebrate our Anniversary because we met here the first time amd fell in love. It was bad last year but now got better. The reception staff is still unfriendly and rude in some cases

This hotel is like coming home to be loved,spoilt and looked after cared for. Its our 7th stay at the amazing hotel, my disabled mum and I just had our 38th holiday together here

However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. There were stains on the bathroom floor when I checked in, and they stayed for my entire visit, which makes me question how thorough the room cleaning is

The hotel offers multiple pools, a beautiful beach, and even a small island just off the shore where you can sunbathe and swim – such a unique touch! The entertainment team works really hard to keep everyone engaged with fun daytime activities – our favorite was archery! In the evenings, there’s always something going on: live music, shows, and good vibes all around

The food was tasty with a good variety every day. I loved the animation team — they were fun and energetic without being too much. The beach was clean and beautiful, just a short walk from the hotel

i really enjoyed my time at Selectum Comfort Side. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling , they made the whole experience even better. The hotel was clean and well-organized

The evening programme this time of the year is nothing wow. The food variety at the restaurant is huge. The meals are of a good quality and tasty

An incredible hotel with amenities everywhere. Paloma is a full all inclusive, but I would state that the time of year will affect how much of the hotel is open

Second visit, not dissapointed , hotel is great. We had a bungalow room after a room swap from one thats position wasn't good for us, management sorted out straight away

Wish we knew some German cause apparently the majority is German speakers. But still all the staff will try best to help and always smile

Lovely bathrooms with a large walking shower, has all the facilities, like a mini bar, safe, TV, hairdryer, iron and board need to request. Excellent for disable people as they cater for this
