Perfect resort for kids. Clean, with amazing pool facilities (even if the water temp could be higher). The entertainment provided is first class, both during the day poolside and at night. Adel was the sweetest and most wonderful entertainer we have ever met. We loved every activity with her yoga, aqua gym, darts and the evening parties together were the best! We loved this hotel, and the people who ran it. We booked through TUI and flew Sunexpress for the new year period 2024-25. The room and hotel was kept extreemly clean. The food was of a very good quality and quite varied. Unfortunately we didnt get to try any of the a la carte restaurants as the few that were open were all booked up. This was disappointing. Not enough food selections for breakfast and at night time snacks.

Pretty good food, rooms are all clean and kept well. Stuff are polite and helpful. Has a long & sand beach with watersports attractions, some livs music before and after the dinner and of course a lot of entertainmsnt for kids. It is 40-45 minutes from the airport. For me the only downside is that you cant go anywhere outside the hotel on foot. Would i come back, yes.

The hotel fully meets expectations. With children, it is a great option. Meals 3 times a day. Plus there are always additional points for snacking. Swimming pool for adults and adults. The entertainment program changes every day. The rooms are clean.

Great location , room are big and clean Cons Called 4 times and visited the reception after waited for 6 hours to come check the AC but they come and check it next day and even after the repair was not cold enough. The water slides supposed to be open till 4:00pm but they close it at 12:00 noon

The staff and the hotel are very successful. You just need to be a little patient during crowded periods.
