On Saturday, the disco at the neighboring hotel was so loud you couldn't fall asleep before 11:30 PM. Overall, the hotel is good – the food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic

Hotel, food,service,staff was excellent. Only thing for me is that I would’ve liked to have a separate women’s Spa area or Hammam As I was not able to use the facility.

The 'fruit hut' was a really cool idea. In the evenings, there was a lounge cafe on the beach with a pleasant waiter. The beach was large and comfortable. Quick and easy transfer from the airport

Food, service and public areas are very nice. But the room even when it was a junior suite is old and the furniture was broken everywhere. But definitely the service and people are exceptional

With premium branded hot and cold drinks available at the well stocked bars. There is minimal noise from the evening’s entertainment as it is located in the lower ground level away from the location of most hotel rooms

Buses regularly stop outside the hotel to take you the nearby towns of Mangavat (with numerous indoor and outdoor markets) and Side (with its well preserved Roman ruins). With one cloudy and rainy morning this week

Me and my friend liked the hotel pool area beach and rooms were good and the stuff was the best they were very very nice we loved the animation

Location isn’t the best as most things are far away (Shops, activities, etc,)Still had a good holiday

Hotel is very nice food is amazing you can use the bar 24/7 and the stuff was so good. If you have a problem about anything they sorted it out straight away

There is also a small retail park about 500m away (turn right from the front of the hotel) with restaurants, coffee shops & a pharmacy. We are staying b&b, the breakfast can be a bit repetitive but it's decent food

Second, every night around 1:30 AM, there was a loud running or rushing sound directly above my room. It disrupted my sleep consistently over the three nights. The staff was polite but unresponsive to these problems

I hope management addresses these for future guests—otherwise, it’s hard to recommend right now

When comparing the price with other hotels in the same category, we've found significantly better value elsewhere. It's a real shame, as we've always enjoyed visiting this hotel in the past

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times before, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed this visit. Overall, the hotel is in dire need of refurbishment, especially the rooms

The carpets in the rooms are also very worn and dated, as is the furniture – they are long overdue for an update

Fantastic stay Excellent service, very clean and well maintained. No complaints. Plenty of food and drinks all day/night. Good kids club with daily activities. Brilliant aqua parks (1 for kids and and 1 for big kids)

Our family room was huge with extremely comfortable beds, and the mini bar selection was excellent. The pool area is glorious, with plenty of space for everyone

Dining: • Breakfast: Excellent variety and taste – my daughter especially loved her daily pancakes and waffles

• Lunch: The main restaurant’s lunch options were a little limited; I’d definitely recommend heading to the pool restaurant instead as the choices there were much better. • Dinner: Overall, the selection was great

However, for a hotel in Turkey, I was disappointed not to see more authentic Turkish dishes – it felt like a missed opportunity

Like most resorts, you do need to head down early to secure a sunbed, but aside from that, I have no complaints

Amazing and delicious food, fruit, baclava and coffee. Very good service from all staff, but especially Eyyup, Kadir and Suat in the main restaurant, so friendly and kind staff. Always welcome with a big smile

Indoor pool is excellent really large and sun beds all around, good facilities. Every pool has lifeguards safety is a top priority. Loads of water slides to try out kids loved them

Staff - Excellent all very friendly and go above and beyond special mention to Yuseuf in the restaurant he was incredible has a table for us ready with drinks every day without even asking

As someone with food allergies, I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel

stayed at this hotel because earlier this year I had a great experience in another property of the same chain in Antalya. Unfortunately, the level of service here turned out to be very different

Even simple requests became difficult, and sometimes the staff would avoid interaction once they realized I wasn’t a German speaker. Breakfast is extremely limited and doesn’t feel like a 5-star standard at all

Evening entertainment is minimal: bingo, some live music (average quality), a short dance program until 23:00 and then everything stops, while neighboring hotels remain active much longer

Lunch is slightly better, but still very basic. Only dinner resembles what you would expect from a hotel of this category. Drinks also vary greatly in quality depending on the bartender

The building itself feels dated. The beds and mattresses seem new, but other furniture is worn out, and the TV looks like it’s from the early 2000s

Eco rooms are not very comfortable and quiet, but here you will have the best time, after the long and pleasant day you will sleep without difficulties. There are many cats leaving, it's very cute

Had a really lovely week at AQI Pegasos Club. Food selection was great (I'm vegetarian and there was always lots of choice) the salad bar in particular was very good

Our family chose this hotel every summer, because it has so many advantages, like long beach line, free WiFi around the area of three hotels, bars with alcohol and non alcoholic drinks, very attentive staff, we especially would like to notice Nevzat, he is respectful and polite

WiFi was free and worked at the beach and across the whole resort (many reviews I saw said otherwise) We went mid September and never had a problem getting a sun lounger on the beach, even when turning up at 10am or later

An absolutely excellent old hotel. The service quality is top-notch, truly reflecting the beauty of an economically prosperous era; it must have been built to incredibly high standards back then

The room was great and clean. Plus, it's a major hotel chain, so I felt safe. The location is excellent; it's convenient for getting anywhere, especially to the airport. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away.

It was good but keep in mind you have to pay 300$ per room as insurance for the hotel

The location is super convenient, very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue, and the port is just a 10-15 minute walk away. It's also very quiet at night once the windows are closed

We booked a sea view room, and initially, we were given one with a side view of the sea. After speaking with the staff, they moved us to a room with a much wider sea view

My mum loves Turkish coffee especially the brand Mehmet Efendi, they didn't have this brand in the hotel but Hasan Bey The manager at the breakfast service was very helpful and made sure the coffee was available for my mum

We enjoyed the rooftop bar on Saturday night for a few drinks, the views are excellent, we dined at the hotel restaurant one evening, the food was delicious. The Turkish bath after a long day of exploring was great

Booked this trip for my mum's 60th birthday. I emailed The Marmara before our arrival, to let them know of the special occasion. We had an upgrade and there were fresh flowers, chocolates and fruit

Check-in was quick, reception staff did a great job. Our room with balcony was excellent. Night soup, chicken-and-veggie buns served until six in the morning were particularly enjoyable

Quality alcoholic beverages include wines, Aperol, Jack Daniel’s whiskey, cocktails, good quality beer. Meals included meat daily: lamb kebabs, turkey, beef, veal

Entertainment includes beach games (Bocce ball, volleyball), darts competition, archery (beginners welcome with targets set at five meters), evening children's programs followed by shows and disco bar open till two AM

Overall average to good resort Food is just okay, bars and amenities are pretty good, beach is 7-8 min walking distance, beds are average and walls are paper thin, which means you can hear neighbors Besides that, I was like the only non-Russian, and had l trouble speaking to anybody from the staff, so I felt like an alien But can’t complain a lot since I got a pretty good deal for an all inclusive...

Drinks offered starting at ten AM on the beach: water, beer, wine, coffee—timely availability fit perfectly into our schedule. The beach itself is covered with small pebbles about the size of rice grains

-There were pool snack bars and night snack bars. These people don't joke about their snacks 😂 We arrived at 1am in the morning and were sent for some food at the night snack bar and we were presented with a full menu

The evenings was sometimes a hit and miss, with livs performances in the amphitheatre or the lobby bar. My partner won in the bingo game, so that was cool, and the Fantasy dance group was really amazing

I thought for a relaxation oriented resort, there needn't be too many activities happening so for me it was more than enough. Some pool activities in the afternoon for like hskf an hour to an hour

You really get this luxury sense, you have everything in one place, absolutely loved the private beach, the 3 different outdoor pools and the waterslides were cool, all the bars, the food

I and my partner did the aqua bikes and it was fun. The beach activities, I engaged in Boccia, still don't get the rules, but it was ok, and had lots of fun playing beach volleyball

-We had requested a sea view and no ground floor room, and the hotel really listened to us. We had the most stunning room overseeing the swimming pools, greenery and the sea

The gardens and groundskeeping was excellent. All the staff are a credit to this hotel, very helpful and friendly. Barut Hemera really is a well run hotel who aim to give guests the best possible experience

Rooms were lovely, clean and tidy. The snack bar food was basic, burgers, suggests, fries and onion rings. Drinks were ok, some staff didn't know how to make the cocktails

Complete rip-off! Prices are 5 times (yes-five!!!) higher than the shop right outside the hotel. The Spa is also the same story. I understand it‘s a hotel, a tourist…

The food is plenty, but always the same. The toilets need a better cleanliness. Do NOT ever buy anything from the shops inside the hotel

The restaurant waiting staff don’t bother with you unless you’re German so that’s a 1 star as it’s very poor, the attitude and disrespect of the majority of them is ridiculous especially when you’ve paid to holiday at the hotel, one of the waiting staff accidentally dropped an entire tray of drinks on a child and stood there laughing, the supervisor had to tell him off

They are the 5 stars for the hotel, the hotel its self is very clean and I can give 5 stars for the cleanliness. The food is a 3 star to be honest as the food is repetitive and the same every day no change in 11 days

The entertainment crew are absolutely brilliant especially Anastasia, Billy and Rashid they made the experience amazing for the kids and were super friendly and always happy… I’d definitely recommend for them alone

The supervising waiting staff in the restaurant red shirts are a 5 star for the hotel also. Overall I’d recommend for families and definitely come back but I say it’s more a 3/4 star hotel

The hotel itself is very good, it is nicely furnished and looks beautiful. Room is big enough and bed is very comfortable. A/C works perfectly and wifi is free of charge (but pretty slow)

i would suggest to hotel to make it a 3 hour dinner slot and for not to have the food so spread out there was no flow to the restaurant. However we did overall have a good holiday, pools were good snack bars were good

We had an amazing stay at Jiva Beach Resort Fethiye. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations

However, there are water slides and small pools for children. The landscaping is a special highlight: super-stylish spaces decorated with plants and simple décor made from natural materials

Also, a big appreciation to Executive Chef Serkan, whose food was outstanding. Every meal was delicious, well-presented, and clearly prepared with great care and talent

The hotel is a bit humid near the sea, but it is generally good in the off-season. The wine lists of several bars are the same, with a relatively simple variety
