It was a nice, clean and safe place to stay. Cheaper than hotels. I went to several hotels, there were too expensive to stay for 5 or 6 hours. They told me 24 hours, 1900 lira. But here for 3 of us, it cost only 400 lira. With comfortable sofa, armchair and a small kitchen, clean and big enough restroom, bedroom with 3 beds. I liked it. But they don't have service for eating. Totally great.

I was really pleasantly surprised with this accommodation, after the last couple of hotels I'd stayed in looked much better in the photos. It was so nice to arrive to a nicely presented & clean room! I was really comfortable & happy to stay here for my brief stopover & felt happily recharged for the next stage in my journey.

This business is scamming tourists!

Two of our friends who came to Türkiye from abroad booked a Midtown Flat Suite through Expedia. When our guests arrived at the apartment they had booked, they found a completely different room. Because the promised amenities (room size, stove, television) weren't met, they stated they didn't want to stay and requested a cancellation. The apartment manager explained that the room they had sold was under renovation and sent us away, saying they would send a cancellation email the next morning. Despite a week of trying, they didn't respond to emails from the agency and never acknowledged the refund. Furthermore, they continued to try and contact us until checkout, saying there were problems with their emails but that they would definitely issue a refund. Until checkout, they told us they were trying to get this money, saying they wouldn't be able to get it. They had unjustly profited 6,000 TL. Later, despite our contacting the police, they remained impudent and told us to go wherever they wanted. Because our guests had to return, we had difficulty taking legal action. But we were scammed and on top of that we were met with indifference and rudeness.

The impression of the hotel was not very good. Firstly, one price was agreed upon when booking, in fact it was more expensive. Secondly, the floors in the room had clearly not been washed for a long time, there was garbage and dust. There was no air conditioning in the room, lucky that it was not very hot. There were no towels in the room, we asked for them. In general, you can stay there for one night and then come back to spend the night and that's it.

BEWARE, THIS IS NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS! They give different prices to each customer for the same date and the same room… The manager of the establishment, Ms. Meltem (!), changed the price she gave me half an hour ago half an hour later. When I realized she was lying, she lashed out at me rudely (WhatsApp conversations are available). Afterwards, she claimed that the rooms she had half an hour ago were sold out. I told her that there were vacancies showing up online, and she said, "If you book from there, I'll cancel it here, I don't have any rooms available." Because I didn't trust her, I immediately had my boyfriend call her, and she told him that she had multiple rooms available. This must be what they mean by "both guilty and powerful"... It's sad that such establishments are run by such dishonest managers… THEY DON'T INSPIRE TRUST. BE CAREFUL, THEY CHOOSE CUSTOMERS AND GIVE THEM LOWER PRICES, AND ON TOP OF THAT, THEY TELL THOSE THEY DON'T WANT ANY ROOMS.

This establishment crowned my Ankara trip with its quality and comfort, making me feel right at home throughout my stay. The friendly and respectful staff, and especially the modest and confident demeanor of the property manager, Meltem Hanım, played a significant role in my decision. Throughout my stay, I realized I was right. Furthermore, the rooms are much larger than average hotels, meticulously clean, and offer a full range of amenities. The property's location is so convenient that I don't even feel the need to elaborate. It's close to everything in Ankara. The room rates are also quite reasonable. Regardless of the length of your stay, if you're an engineer like me who travels frequently or if you happen to be in Ankara, this is a must-visit. I highly recommend it. My thanks again to the owner, Meltem Hanım.
