A special mention goes to Hakan, a true gentleman—polite, humble, and always ready to assist with a smile. His hospitality truly enhanced our stay. While this isn’t a luxury hotel, it provides everything needed for a delightful vacation.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. A wide variety of freshly prepared items made for a satisfying start to the day. The availability of water, tea, coffee, and well-presented bathroom toiletries added to the thoughtful service.
One suggestion would be to take a bit more care of the garden in front, which would elevate the overall ambiance even further—if improved, I’d happily rate this place five stars.
Beyond the hotel, the location is fantastic! The mesmerizing view of the hot air balloons is unforgettable, and with shops and the city center within walking distance, convenience is assured.

There are beautiful view so, we took many
pictures. We love this hotel and Hakan.
- Hotel: in a fairy chimney with a great terrace perfect for balloon spotting in the morning
- Room: the cave room has heating (if necessary) but naturally has a mild and comfortable temperature. Bathroom is big and spacious. Bed is suuuuuuuper comfortable
- Staff: really friendly and always willing to help. All tours (red, green and balloon) booked with them. This made everything easy, as we always had pickup from the hotel
