Had an amazing experience. Warm, cozy rooms with a stunning view. You get that "Cappadocia feel" of living in a cave but it's all very modern so you're super comfortable as well.

The hotel is quite beautiful, with a classical Greek mythology theme. However, it's winter and the pool water is cold, which is a bit disappointing.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The service was excellent, surpassing all other hotels in Cappadocia. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit

The bathroom design is impractical; the lighting is too dim, and there's no space to put anything. The bedding, however, is comfortable. The breakfast is a fixed set menu, and it's just so-so.

A very good hotel with amazing views and staff. Must try their traditional breakfast, it was brilliant.

Breakfast was also very rich and varied. My only regret is not bringing a swimsuit to enjoy the pool!

We had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained

The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing

They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times

By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about Cappadocia, they gave me all the information I needed to know including the tours

The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded

Very accommodating front desk staff: early check in, swimming pool use on second day even though we had checked out and had all day tour (we were waiting for a night train), gluten free bread and lactose free breakfast options, terrace from which you can watch the morning baloons, and friendly local cats

I did not stay at the hotel but enjoyed the hamam so much that I did it twice! I’d arrive early to enjoy a dip and some reading at the beautiful pool then Treatment 2 (sauna, exfoliate, soap, clay mask in the rest room, oil massage)

Everything we need they provided in a high level service. Murat in the reception , the woman that I forgot the name and Kemel in the kitchen gold medal they are really amazing

Cratus Stone Palace was kind enough to allow us for an early check in. They responded to my questions thru whatsapp. The double room was spacious and clean

Absolutely loved it here! Staff were so nice and helpful with booking tours and transfers to and from the airport for us! They even assisted us in retrieving our bags after the airport misplaced them and helped us to communicate with the airport staff which I believe made a big difference in getting our bags back quicker! Cannot recommend it enough we felt right at home and taken care of so well❤️...

His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel instantly at home and every request was met with a smile and efficiency. Buse also provided outstanding service with her hospitable attitude

 It was snowing on the second day and the room heater was perfect. The floor could be heated too. Breakfast (Mediterranean) was superb. Cratus is also near to restaurants and shops

Overall, it is still a good and distinctive hotel. The store owner is very nice and introduces various matters very carefully. The hotel's characteristic stone house rooms are similar to our expectations

He kindly asked me to take it easy, and I was able to take my time, but the rooftop terrace had good ventilation and a great view. I had a better time than going on a tour lol

The atmosphere of the room was much better than it looked in the photo. The hotel staff are also kind and will take the initiative to help you if you have any trouble

Check-out time is 11:00, but my night bus time is 6:00 p. , so if you'd like, you can go to the rooftop terrace and drink coffee or tea

Fantastic location, just across the street from the bus station. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the amenities were pretty standard. The breakfast was excellent, the best I've had in Turkey so far

This is my first time in Cappadocia. This place offers comfort and practicality, and the location is absolutely great. It's near the bus station, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants around

All the staff we met were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, which left a very positive impression on us. If I come back to Göreme, I will definitely choose to stay at the Azalea Terrace

They have a super friendly dog named Hector, he's adorable and makes me feel at home because he always greets me and is super friendly. I'm sure I'll stay here again when I come back

Even though we didn't stay at the Azalea Terrace, we discovered the hotel through their dog Hector, whom we were kindly allowed to take along on our hikes

The staff are super friendly and helpful. We got a room with a balcony and a street view, which is absolutely gorgeous

Staff have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Emrullah in particular deserves a shout out. Great access too all attractions via tours etc

It’s cool at night, but cars and dogs don’t let you sleep in the summer, and you can’t close the window

They even gave us free tea in the evening, the pool is not bad, the location of the hotel is not very good, it’s noisy, the cars drive endlessly. The price is certainly not high for accommodation, if you have patience

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ciner Hotel. It has a beautiful pool and breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable with lavish showers and excellent aircon

In the photo it looks bigger and more decent, in reality the room is narrow, with low flow, although everything is in the room, even slippers, but there is no soap, shampoo or gel, I personally had to ask, we only had shampoo

Watching the hot air balloons in the morning felt like a cinematic experience — a picturesque moment that will stay in my memory forever. The host was very kind, and the breakfast was nice as well

The only downside was the in-house food ordering system, which basically doesn’t function properly. I would also suggest switching the room lighting to warm tones instead of bright white to enhance the overall atmosphere

The elderly lady serving breakfast was also very sweet. The hotel is located on a hilltop, so be prepared for an uphill walk if you’re going to and from the city on foot, but the view definitely makes it worth it

Our host was very helpful with booking airport shuttles both ways, and suggesting tours or hikes (of which we did several). Can’t recommend this place enough

The hotel was so clean and proper well maintained. I feel so good there and The receptionist name(Lion) he was so helpful and good natured person. In general I was very impressed with the quality and attitude

Great rooms and great location but more than anything great service!! They organized a birthday cake for our mom and were super kind and helpful in general - cannot recommend enough! Teddy is the hotel dog and he is the cutest!

A hotel I really like, located in the center of Goreme, Cappadocia. When we arrived at night, the front desk took the initiative to greet us and helped us carry our luggage into the room

The service staff was very friendly and the variety was very rich. Two people could not finish it at all. It takes only two minutes to get to the commercial street, which is convenient for eating and playing

I was very impressed with this place. If I come again next time, I will definitely stay here again. The hotel is very beautiful, has complete facilities, is close to the bus station and the center of Goreme

Great hotel! Rooms/beds are really comfortable and the place itself is gorgeous. Views look just like the Google photos. Also, I’m particularly picky about cleanliness but I found it to be really clean

The room was clean and very quiet. In the morning, we could see the hot air balloons taking off from the room, which was beautiful. Breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant

In the room, there's water, a tea set, and a minibar (which is paid and very expensive, but it wasn't an issue). There's heating, air conditioning, and I'd describe the furniture as vintage rather than worn out

We booked excursions and transfers in advance through various online resources, so we didn't order them at the hotel. Overall, I recommend this hotel; it's very atmospheric and a pleasant place to stay

It's atmospheric, cozy, with wonderful staff. There's a rooftop viewing platform and a restaurant for breakfast, and you can also spend time there waiting for your airport transfer after checking out

Small hotel with perfect rooftop to overlook the beautiful Gerome’s views,  especially when the hot air balloon flies. Unfortunately, when we stayed here, all balloons were cancel due to the weather

I really liked the hotel! Initially, I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness and amenities, but then I remembered it's a 3-star hotel with a corresponding price, so I didn't want to bring down the rating

However, the mattresses on the beds weren't comfortable. The bathroom has a good, powerful hairdryer and almost everything except for dental kits, though you might just need to ask for those

The bathroom is also big but cold! But it’s really cold in February. It’s still very cold when the heating is turned on to the maximum. I don’t have the habit of sleeping with the air conditioner on, so it’s really cold

It was great that it was located not far from Cappadocia's main square and not on an uphill slope! However, it might be a bit disappointing for those who want to view the hot air balloons up close and more clearly

The best part of the hotel is their cute cat absolutely adorable! All the staff members are kind, friendly, and very helpful, especially Seda Nur at the reception and Ömer. They really made the stay pleasant

I stayed for 3 days with my 1-year-old baby. Communication with the hotel was very easy, and they responded quickly. The hotel has complete facilities and is very baby-friendly

Great views of Gerome from the terrace. Breakfast is the best we ever had in Turkey. Mr Smiles was also funny and welcoming. He made our stay so much enjoyable

I booked the balloon ride, ATV tour, and a private underground city tour through the hotel, and their prices were quite reasonable

The location is excellent, right in the town center. It's a unique natural cave hotel, definitely worth experiencing. The room is exactly as pictured. The WiFi and hot water are great. The breakfast is excellent.

Our cave room (5) was superb, very quiet and comfortable, didn't need the heater even in November. The breakfast was superb and the staff eager to help with arranging balloon trips and tips on where to go

The hotel is centrally located in goreme so can easily walk to restaurants but far away to be secluded and peaceful. Parking available which we needed for car rental. Has a terrace so we can see hot air balloons

The cave rooms are so cool and I loved all the staff - they were attentive, active, and very engaged in making my stay a really special one! Rooms were quiet, common areas were clean and comfortable, and honestly I would preferentially pick this hotel to stay at in the future

One of our favorite locations to eat and take in the view. Service was always attentive, welcoming, and on top of it. The highlight, for me, was the spa. We enjoyed the Turkish bath with facemask and massage

I had a wonderful stay at Mithra Cave Cappadocia. The cave hotel experience was very unique, and the room was beautiful and spotless

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they took the initiative to introduce everything to us, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of

They even helped with my luggage and guided me to the breakfast area with such thoughtfulness – they really won me over! The room had a fantastic cave-like feel, and having two separate beds was a huge plus

Ali, one of the best hotel staff I've ever met, made sure I got comfortable as quickly as possible into my Queen Suite which was breathtaking! A room inside a cave? Omg, it was amazing, huge, with a bathroom truly fit for a queen with shower jacuzzi, and get this, it's own sauna! The hotel also provided a tasty breakfast and assistance with organizing tours (at reasonable additional costs)

We booked for 2 nights and we love it. Their hotel is majestic, very unique and wonderful. They also provide hot balloon service and other activities, you can watch sunrise with balloon just at the hotel

There is also a great viewpoint for hot air balloons in the morning: one morning we could even see one from our room window. WiFi is not secure here, so be careful as your passwords can be stolen

We drove to the hotel, and the traffic was quite convenient. The hotel entrance is a one-way street. It's not far from the attractions in Goreme town, and there's parking available at the entrance

The atmosphere of the cave hotel is always warm and dimmed but never scary. Hotel is also near the main Goreme town area and is a walking distance to the Open Air Museum

This is a very good place to stay in Goreme. Excellent location with nice big terrace for balloon watching. Plenty and easy parking if you have rental car. The rooms are not fancy but have good basic features
